Highly effective retinol!
I’m on my 3rd bottle of this and truly see results with this product. I’ve tried a number of high end medical brands and this one is hands down the most effective and potent . I use mine after I apply my TNS serum using their GRASS method every evening and I believe that’s been working. I can see my 11’s slowly but surely smoothing out and my laugh lines and crow feet have softened. What has really set this apart is that it has helped tremendously with my hyperpigmentation. Keep in mind, these results take many months to see .. but after about six months I really saw a major difference in my complexion. My skin tone has almost completely evened out- which is a big deal to me. I’m 48 and wrinkles are inevitable…however- with diligent use of sunscreen and this product, the positive results are unmistakable. Go easy with this product. I had been using a different brand of retinol but with the same strength of 1.0. SkinMedica Is very effective, I was not used to a retinol quite as strong as this one. I have to be extremely careful when applying and use only once maybe twice a week. My skin is decent looking smooth, and younger looking. Just go easy. You don’t want a retinol burn,

If you follow the directions and gradually add this product to your routine noticeable results are possible. Expect some initial flaking but over time the skin adjusts and fine lines seem to fade. It is important to use a good moisturizer. I am 70 and very pleased with this product.

I started with the .5 level and worked my way up to 1.0. I'm now using 4-5 times a week without issue. I think this definitely keeps my fine lines at bay and my skin feels bright and healthy. I just got a rx for tretinoin but if that is too harsh I will go back to skinmedica. A little goes a long way and it is gentle, without fragrance. I've been using for a couple years.
