Holy grail
I have used this product on and off for years as a special treat when the finances allow. I finally took the plunge to do auto replenishment to see if continual use will make a difference. So far so good and I am loving this product even more now. The first few pumps did not distribute the product evenly as the other chamber didn’t come out and after I do some research, this is unknown issue. Would be nice if they could come up with a better option for packaging as this is a very pricey product and every pump counts

Wish I didn't love it!
This serum is quite pricey and I really hoped I wouldn't think it was worth it. But, as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." It really has made a significant difference with my skin quality and I have purchased it numerous times. I really feel my skin quality is much better with it than without it.

Overall, I like the texture and how the formulation is packaged separately in 2 portions that are merged together when you pump it. I feel like that will keep the serum potent longer. I don't know if I see any real changes in my face yet, so I am still waiting. But I don't think it is giving me breakouts and I have very sensitive skin. I think the conditioned media component has a lot of quality skin enhancing ingredients, so I believe it is a good product and will keep using it for now.

I’m on my second pump bottle of the TNS Advanced + Serum. I can really tell a difference in the appearance of my skin. I use it morning and night. My skin tone is much more even. Less red and more moisturized. There has been a decrease in all of the fine lines on my face. This is an expensive serum, but it seems to work for me.

Great product dispenser could use improvement
I’ve been using SkinMedica TNS Advance for a few years. Great results on my 41 year old skin. I have some wrinkles forming on my forehead, crows feet, and some discoloration all of which is more noticeable if I’m not using this. That being said, the dispenser often fails to evenly pump both serums.
