Expectations not met
I read many reviews for this product, some by consumers and others by dermatologists, that were highly favorable. I expected this product to improve fine lines and firmness as well as to promote overall skin health. I just finished my third container and I see NO difference at all in my skin. I am canceling my autoship and will find a product that delivers. I mean really, a drug store product is probably as effective as this one. It was a dud for me.

Results are legit, but the price hurts
I’ve been using this consistently for years now, and the results are undeniable. My skin looks healthier, less pigmentation, less fine lines, less sagging. It’s amazing for PIH—like post acne marks don’t even last literally more than a few days, where before they would take weeks or even months to fade. It’s my holy grail product for anti-aging, and I can’t be without it. Only major drawbacks are the price and the packaging—I’ve never had a bottle that *didn’t* have issues with the pump. Literally every single bottle, no matter how often I prime it using the tips they give you, has pump problems. I’ve wasted so much product because of it, which kills me given the cost. They have recently updated the packaging though, so hopefully it alleviates the pump issue.

I've used TNS for quite sometime- It's one of my favorite products- The smell has changed with the reformulation- It's a bit of a "chemical" smell but does dissipate quickly. I have very dry skin and always apply HA first. Overall, it seems to perform same as old version in my opinion.
