I've used this product since it first became available. I have noticed an improvement in my skin's firmness and overall radiance. At 65 I don't expect a miracle, just a product that helps me maintain my skin and minimize additional wrinkles. I do not use fillers or Botox, so having something this effective is an important part of my skincare regimen. I have very sensitive skin and multiple contact allergies, and this product has not caused any irritation or reactions. While a bit pricy, I will continue to buy/use.

Lovely product line addition.
This is a wonderful upgrade to TNS essential serum. SkinMedica surely knows it’s stuff! Yes, it is a bit more expensive, but as I age I find I need all the help I can get. Applies wonderfully underneath moisturizer and never, ever pills. An upgrade I might suggest: a line on the lower end of the bottle to show when you have 7 to 10 uses left, for re-ordering purposes. This would be very helpful, indeed!

Had my dermatologist not recommended this, I wouldn't have tried it because of the cost. She said it is the one thing she would use, if nothing else. I have been impressed. My skin is brighter, the lines aren't as deep and I notice a plumper look. It isn't dramatic, but enough that I continue to pay the price because it makes quite a difference in my skin.

I’ve been using this product along with several other SkinMedica products for about six months now. The product feels nice when applied but I can’t say that I see any major, or even minor, difference in my skin quality. I’ve read several reviews of this product and most strongly recommend it for its anti-aging properties. I’m still using it although given the high price tag I will probably rethink buying it for much longer. My absolute favorite SkinMedica product remains the HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator. That’s a product I can’t live without! I’m giving the Advanced Serum only three stars in part because I don’t like the packaging (very wasteful and not at all travel friendly) and also because of the high price as well as because I’m not convinced I’m seeing any real results.
