I was an avid user of SkinMedica's TNS' Essential Serum for a few years. When they updated the formula I was skeptical. The old saying 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it' came to mind. The Advanced + Serum is amazing. I find it smoother and that less goes farther, also. The old smell is also gone. My only gripe is the price. They would likely make more by how much we would all buy if they dropped the price even a little!

I really am liking the TNS Advanced+Serum. I am 59 years old and my skin is looking very plump. I live in the desert, so good products are a must. The serum has also lightened my dark spots as well.
