I have been using the TNS for about 3 months. I really can tell a difference in my skin texture. It is softer, smoother and the lines have softened. I do take care of my skin but this has improved it even more. Product was recommended by my dermatologist and a good friend. I love this new TNS Serum. I had great results from the previous formula but it caused me to severely break out, and I had to stop using it. I have been using this for a few weeks now and so far no breakouts. Plus it doesn’t smell nasty like the previous formula did. It has no odor. Very glad they reformulated.

I have to say I am always skeptical of claims that a skincare treatment can really live up to its claims and marketing hype. I am happy, however, to report that this new TNS is pretty amazing! I used just a small amount AM & PM and saw improvements to my skin by week 2 and having just finished the bottle (lasted me 6 weeks) the improvements to fine lines and wrinkles are visible! The only thing I don't really like is that the only way to open the bottle to get the last drops is to take a hammer and crack it open. (Thank you YouTube for showing how to do this, but honestly, it shouldn't be that hard.)

I have used this SkinMedica serum for about 3 years and I promise you it works. It is the real scientific skincare deal. I didn’t love the old formula’s smell or feel so I am so happy they came up with this new formula. I am 53. I was 49 when I started using it. My skin literally improved regarding fine lines and firmness. I love to experiment with different skincare but this serum is my staple. I won’t change it. This product made an impact on my skin. I noticed an improvement in the texture, smoothness and hydration. I like this product is multi-purpose, so it eliminates having to use so many other products. In the am I use SkinCeuticals C serum, TNS advanced serum and sunscreen. (Moisturizer in cold weather). The serum goes on smooth, not greasy and sinks into my skin. It did not cause issues with my sensitive skin or breakouts. I will definitely order again.

Magical Potion
This is my first purchase of the Advanced Serum. I've gone through 3 bottles of the regular TNS...that stated, if truly advanced, there's no doubt it will work magic. Skin is lifted and wrinkles seem diminished. Overall tone and texture is improved. The test...as instructed you are supposed to pump onto the top of your hand and combine/mix, then apply to face. As a right handed person, I pump with my right onto my left hand. I can see the difference on the skin of my hand where the potion sits for less than 10 seconds..as compared to my right hand. It works!
