Have been using the older version on tns an just started using the abvanced serum. Not sure if I can tell a difference yet. I do prefer the pump. The serum comes out more evenly. Also prefer the white/clear color.

I've been using this product for 2-3 weeks. I'm in my 50's and very interested in taking good care of my skin so I finally splurged on this item. Upgrade with a price
I used the TNS Essential Serum for years and while the price of it was a bit difficult to swallow, it was worth it for the benefits it has provided of great skin. I finally ‘bit-the-bullet’ and upgraded to the Advanced version. Frankly, I cannot tell the difference except the increase in price. I have used the Advanced version for about a month and find it to be so similar that I don’t think it is worth the increased price tag. Nonetheless, it is still a great product that my skin seems grateful for every time I apply it.

I used to use the regular TNS then moved over to this when it launched. I am not sure if I see much of a difference in the lifting of the skin however I do see a difference in the brightening of the skin. SkinMedica never disappoints! It is definitely pricey but well worth it!

Best Serum on the Market — Now Even Better
I used TNS Essential Serum for years and was very happy with it. When SkinMedica came out with the TNS Advanced+ Serum, I was skeptical. But I was grateful to TNS for the condition of my 70-something skin and wanted to see whether the Advanced+ was better. It is. The absence of the all too familiar TNS fragrance is one big plus — and worth the slightly higher cost all by itself. The effects of the Advanced+ are subtle but very real; and more than justify the increased cost. This new version melts in my skin with no sticky residue. None of the SkinMedica products I apply after the Serum pill. They’re absorbed quickly and truly seem to be even more effective. My skin tone is vibrant — even at my age — the texture is more refined. Because of some recent health issues, I have had to discontinue using retinol products. Seriously, my skin looks great despite that change. Fine lines and wrinkle continue to be diminished and I credit the Advanced+ Serum. People stop me now and ask for my skin care routine. Many think I look 20 years younger than my chronological age. Believe me, that’s a compliment I value and the Advanced+ Serum deserves the credit. The effects of the Advanced+ serum are subtle but real and well worth the slightly higher price point. Amazing Product
This is really a a must have for daily use. I was originally a bit skeptical of changing the products I had been using that actually cost much, much more. My dermatologist highly suggested trying this serum, so why not. While I did initially slough off skin daily, after almost a full month, I noticed a real difference. A kind of glow that I had forgotten was possible to achieve. Definitely a terrific product and LovelySkin makes it very affordable.
