I am in my mid 20s and I have small smile line on the right side of my mouth. After finishing one bottle of serum I did not see any improvement. Maybe I will give this serum one more try to finalize my opinion.

I love this product. Have used for a long time. The new formulation is great. Only down side is price. I skipped a couple months but was able to purchase when on sale. That’s when you really see a difference. Don’t use it for awhile then start up again. You realize how much your skin loved it and how good it feels...again.

Poor packaging
I’ve only used this for a few days and already the pump won’t pump out the clear stuff. I’ve bought the regular serum before and it did the same thing. I thought I just had a lemon. This stuff is way too expensive for me to take another chance.

Advanced serum is better
I started off with the regular TNS Serum and it was good. This new TNS Advanced Serum is so much better. Immediately after I put it on, it brightens up my face. I like the texture of it much better, too. I use other SkinMedica products also and my skin has never been better!

I have been using TNS for about 3 weeks now. My ski n feels extremely hydrated after using and when I don’t use it - it feels dry. I am using the serum twice a day and will continue to use it. Too soon to say if lines are reduced- regardless I like the product.

Have seen no difference
So far I've seen no difference from the original TNS. Both products keep my skin silky. I only gave it a 4 because like the other I really dislike the container. It's hard to get both sides out at the same time. At least with the other one was red so you knew what you were getting. With the new one both sides are white so it's hard to tell. I like SkinMedica but I wish they would change their packaging.

Best Facial Serum for Aging Skin
I have tried many brands and types of serums, but after I was introduced to SkinMedica's TNS Serum I was hooked. This was approximately 6 years ago, and my skin is more youthful now than before. No one believes that I am 68 years old - no wrinkles, only smooth skin. When the Advanced Serum was offered, I thought, why not. Now I'm even happier! I use the TNS Advanced Serum as directed, each morning and evening. After the product is applied I wait for 3 or 4 minutes to absorb, then follow-up with a light application of HA5 Hydrator. In the morning, I apply makeup for the day. This product is rather expensive, but really works.
