Quality ingredients that are effective
I’m a big fan of all SkinMedica. There is science behind it and I feel I notice a difference in my skin from using it consistently. Although I still get frustrated with the dispenser most of the time it works pretty well but there are times when just one side comes out and the other one doesn’t. I am very happy that I don’t have to deal with the smell of the previous TNS. Great product just wish the dispenser worked 100% of the time!

I have been using SkinMedica TNS essential serum for 7 years now. I am 53 and still get told that I must be 35!! My fine lines are hardly visible only with my magnifying mirror!!! I have been using TNS Essential Serum for several years and have now switched to the Advanced Serum. I definitely prefer the Advanced.
