Firmer and Toner
Started using TNS Advanced Serum 2 weeks ago. At first I was seeing much difference but after a week my skin appears to be firmer and toner. Love the feeling it gives me after applying. Great product, love all my SkinMedica products.

Amazing Stuff-Came highly recommended
I'm on my second "bottle" of TNS Advanced + Serum. I waited a long time for it- I was able to find it and buy it almost a year after I first read about it in Allure magazine (which I have subscribed to since about 2002). I absolutely trust Allure and when they give an amazing review or call something a breakthrough product, then I sit up and take notice. There is a reason that red Allure sticker is on the outside of the box! My primary concerns are sagging around the jawline and loss of firmness in cheeks and by using the Advanced + I can definitely say that I have seen much improvement in an area that is hard to see improvement in, unless clinical procedures are performed. I haven't had any procedures done, but I love the way the serum feels on my face and as I said, Results! Of course, I like everyone else wish this product were more cost effective, but down the road I can see this becoming the only product I use. Can't say enough about it! I prefer the Skin Medica TNS regular and not the advanced.
The cost of this product is expensive and with the white and clear color, it is difficult to determine if both serums have been pumped. Maybe a clear and a color? However, the product is great.

Loving the Results
I really love the new TNS serum. My skin looks so much brighter. I was out at dinner with the girls the other night and my friend asked me if I was doing something different to my skin. I said no, but then I reflected that the only change I had made was switching from the regular TNS serum to the Advanced. I will say that there was some skin irritation at first. This stuff is strong. The effects were similar to when I first began using Retin-A. The red skin patches lasted about a week but have since revealed a truly glowing complexion. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is that the two sides of the pump do not dispense evenly. I have to block one side in order for the other to dispense. I hope this is just a one off defect because I certainly intend to reorder.

Version 2.0 is a definite upgrade!!
I have been a long time user/fan of the original SkinMedica TNS Serum. This Advanced+ version is even better. They retained all the wonderful benefits while improving on several things: 1) the funky odor is gone! 2) there is no longer a funny tint to this. 3) It mixes much easier 4) It feels lighter and absorbs better. I can't think of one thing I don't like about it (okay, it would be phenomenal if it were dirt cheap, but like a lot of things in life, you truly get what you pay for). This is completely worth every penny.
