I’ve been using for over a year. I was working for a derm when I started so amazing discount, thought why not. WOW. At 51 my skin looks 30. Texture, tightness, brightness, bounce all has come back!! This is my 3rd bottle of TNS and I have seen textural changes as well as a more uniform tone to my skin. I am loath to the cost of packaging & disposal (no indication that this beautiful piece of plastic is reusable/recyclable). Once a month you throw it out. I do try to stretch it out as much as possible ($236 if purchased on replenish) since the cost, for me, is high. Since I have purchased it several times it proves to me the results are worth budgeting for.

This is the best serum - period. I’m 47 years old and do a lot of outdoor activity so keeping my skin healthy is a concern.
