I like it so far
I like this so far. I can’t really say if it actually has changed my skin because in all fairness, I buy it off and on and I’m not consistent with it because it is pricey. I’ve read that this is more like the cherry on top once you are consistent with sunscreen, vitamin C, and retin A. I just purchased again because I plan on being consistent this time. If after this bottle I don’t see significant change in my skin then I will just stick to the basics and a couple of other skin care items that I think make a difference like peptides, glycolic acid and a good lipid containing moisturizer to top it all off. If any young women are reading this (Denise) if you can only put on one thing daily, make it sunscreen. It will be the best investment and later you won’t need to reverse that sun damage. Sunscreen, vitamin C, Retin A once you’re doing that consistently then you can add this cherry on top if you want to splurge. That’s my advice to all you young pretty girls..

It’s good…
…but it’s not perfect and for this price I think it should be. It pills underneath my sunscreen/makeup so I have stopped using it as a daytime serum. I also don’t love the pump; it doesn’t work well and I think it wastes product. It seems like they updated the pump right after I purchased mine so maybe that’s resolved. I do like how my skin has been looking; I feel like my skin is glowy/soft and my discoloration looks a little less noticeable. When the pump doesn’t work correctly and I wind up with extra serum I have been putting it on the tops of my hands and I think even that little bit has my hands looking better. I don’t know yet if I will purchase it again, it was on sale so I wanted to give it a try.

TNS Advanced Serum
This was recommended to me by an esthetician. I have only been using for a couple of weeks. So far my skin does feel smooth but I feel I haven't used long enough to see much of a difference as far as wrinkles are concerned. I have mature, post menopausal dry/dehydrated skin. Hopefully with time it will improve. I do store this product upside down as recommended which helps when dispersing as it has two formulas within one bottle. This helps with even distribution of the product.

Fantastic product that has kept my skin looking young and glowing for years. I don’t look 65 and I love it. The pump on the bottle gives me issues with not evenly dispensing. I love it enough to stick with it while hoping for a redesign!

Overall, I like the texture and how the formulation is packaged separately in 2 portions that are merged together when you pump it. I feel like that will keep the serum potent longer. I don't know if I see any real changes in my face yet, so I am still waiting. But I don't think it is giving me breakouts and I have very sensitive skin. I think the conditioned media component has a lot of quality skin enhancing ingredients, so I believe it is a good product and will keep using it for now.

Makes skin feel softer, visibly reduced tech neck lines
I've been using this for about a year and a half now, and it's definitely reduced my "tech neck" lines. I also think it's made my skin feel softer. My husband actually commented on it about 3 or 4 months after I'd started using it, without me having mentioned anything about it (he had touched my cheek and said it felt especially soft). It's expensive, but it's also basically the only formula of its kind. There are others that claim to have "growth factors", but most of those are from plants. This is really the only one I've been able to find that uses growth factors from human cells, which are obviously going to be more specific to stimulating our cell growth than plant growth factors are. Also, the growth factors for this serum are way higher on the ingredient list than others I've been able to find. That being said, I do stretch it out by using only once daily instead of twice daily as recommended. I use prescription tretinoin at night in its place. The one thing preventing me from giving this 5 stars is the packaging. In general, it's awkward to have an airless pump that is working on two sides at once. There's a potential for something to go wrong on one side and not the other. I've been pretty lucky with all of my bottles so far until the most recent one, where only one side was dispensing. I contacted LovelySkin and they gave me a bunch of tips which thankfully helped me out and got it working again. However, when I take the top off, there is now often cream that has escaped from the pump since I last used it. I wipe it off with my fingers as best I can and apply it, but it doesn't change the fact that some of this very expensive serum is being wasted due to packaging issues. I wish they would just sell this as its two separate components rather than something to mix together. That also is a bit of an issue since a tiny amount is going to be absorbed into my hand as I mix them. I'd prefer for it all to go on my face and neck. So between that and the issues with the pump (which seems to be a very common problem, based on reviews), I think they need to fix those problems and it would easily be a 5 star product that I would repurchase again indefinitely.

Faulty packaging increases price of expensive but effective product
I have been using this serum for years and consistently get compliments on my skin - I am 71. However, what is really incredibly disappointing is that like others who have reviewed this product, most of the time only one of the dual serums dispenses at first. And I do store the bottle upside down, shake it, even stick a pin in the holes.... All to try to get both types of serum - clear and milky - working at the same time. It is frustrating, but eventually both dispense. Usually after weeks of use. Further, when both serums are no longer coming out of the bottle, I have found that there is still about a weeks worth left! The only way to access this valuable remainder of the serum though is by being creative about getting the top off of the sealed packaging. I do not recommend this to anyone for safety concerns, but personally I want to get my money's worth. It is amazing that a company with great technology to develop a rather unique, effective product cannot design efficient packaging that has their customers in mind. I use other TNS products an all of them dispense just fine, which makes me question whether the company is taking advantage of customers with this particular, very expensive product.

This serum works well, but I personally am unsure that it's worth the price. I have purchased a second bottle, but am unsure that I'll be purchasing a third. I'm not in love with the dispenser as many others have mentioned. However, I store it upside down as someone else mentioned and it does appear to dispense "correctly", but I don't particularly like the "correct way" it dispenses. Too, even though I apply to a "moist" face and neck, I would like to have a little more product; it's almost like a pump and a half is required, but more pumps means more $$. I don't mind paying a premium price for a product that provides visible results, but I'm not sure that's the case with this serum. I have my eye on some fine wrinkles above my top lip, and even after using a bottle, they are still there. I feel like the serum should target them. The product is good, but I wouldn't consider it great.

Pretty good serum
I tend to have good skin for my age. 60. I haven't seen earth shattering results yet Using it for 6 months now. My skin feels and looks good. The only complaints I have is the packaging is cheap for such an expensive serum and the pump doesn't always work even when following directions. It doesn't last very long but I'm still a believer.

This product was recommended to me by my dermatologist. It is a very nice serum but a little clunky in the delivery system. Two separate serums (within one container) are dispensed by pressing the top with two fingers causing the serums come out at the same time from side-by-side openings. When I tried dispensing the serums, only one side worked. After trying a number of times with no success I ended up calling SkinMedica and they gave me tips on how to get both serums out at the same time. This product is dispensed to the back of your hand where you combine it before applying it to your face. Once I got the hang of it, I find it manageable and really like this product. I would have given this five stars if it was easier to dispense.

Love the product, hate the dispenser.
This product is fantastic and does wonders for my skin….when it dispenses correctly. I just purchased another bottle and have my fingers crossed. I understand that the product in both chambers is needed for it to work as intended, but I can’t understand why SkinMedica doesn’t package it in two separate dispensers that are sold in one package - with instructions to mix one pump if each together before applying. That would seem to fix the ongoing issue with the dual chambers.
