I have used SkinMedica TNS serum with growth factors for over 15 years and have absolutely loved it. I’m not sure what they did to revamp their formula but the new one is very watery and does not seem like it does absolutely anything at all! It’s definitely not worth the money. I will not be purchasing it again. I am so sad because this has been my go to forever, and I have absolutely loved it! Please go back to the old formula. Within one week, the pump was malfunctioning. I seen that there were a lot of other reviews that had the same problem.

I'm heartbroken that I've had an allergic reaction to this new formula after using the TNS Serum for many years. Not worth it
I bought this after a friend recommended this. I was looking for something to balance and moisturize my skin. This serum didn't do that for me, in fact, it dried my skin out. Not only that, but the pump is an awful concept. I tried storing the bottle upright and upside down (like other reviews suggested) so the "dual action" pump would work. Only one side would work, so I didn't get to mix the two serums. Instead, the lotion part ran out first, so now I have the clear serum side now. BUT, as I have used just the clear serum, the pump stopped working. So after using a hammer, I was able to open the bottle to see plenty of left over serum in both tubes. I am overall extremely disappointed in this serum, I do not think its worth the price and hype.

I had purchased the SkinMedica TNS eye cream and my lower eyes wrinkled. I got a chemical peel and it helped. Started using eye cream and back again. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the eye cream had anything to do with it SO I ordered the TNS advanced serum. My skin is burning, red spots that will take sometime to heal. It aged me. Hopefully after some soothing balm it will recover. DO NOT BUY. HORRIBLE.
