Not worth the price
I like this but the price is ridiculous. I don't think this will give you better results than a consistent regimen of a good moisturizer + retinol + Vit C, etc, and taking in collagen daily. I've used this off and on over the years, results don't match the price of this to be honest.

Poor packaging and saw no benefits
I'm writing this after finishing an entire bottle of this. Like many others, I hate the packaging on this. At first, no matter what you do, you only get one of the serums in this double serum product. Then, you'll eventually get the other one to come out with the first serum. Then, you guessed it, when you are near the end, you only get the 2nd serum. Packaging aside, I really didn't see any results from using this product so I kind of felt like it was a waste (of a lot) of money.

Amazing Product, Disappointing Packaging
I love this serum so much, but unfortunately, I’ve had issues with my last 3 orders not dispensing right—one chamber would dispense and the other wouldn’t. The first time I received one that didn’t dispense right, it wasn’t working from the onset. I contacted Lovely Skin and they sent me instructions to fix it. When that didn't work, they had me send it back and sent me a replacement (kudos on that—they have amazing customer service). I didn’t have any issues with that one after that. Then I got another order and it did the same thing. I followed the instructions and it was smooth sailing from there. Then came my next order. Everything worked great at first, but when I had used about a third of it, the pump started acting up again (only one chamber dispensed). I followed the instructions but it still doesn’t work. I wasted so much product in my trial and error, which is unfortunate because it’s very expensive, and while I am blessed in lots of ways I am by no means wealthy lol—I just have my priorities when it comes to skin care products! Anyway, I dismantled the bottle and am trying to get out what I can just so it’s not a complete waste. I will say that I did not contact Lovely Skin about a replacement because I’ve already used some so figure it just is what it is. I understand the concept of the dual chamber and think the methodology behind it maintaining the product’s efficacy makes sense, but I wish SkinMedica would develop something that doesn’t have these issues. It’s weird too because I’ve been using this for a couple years and I’ve only had trouble with my last 3 orders. I may switch to something else and see if I like it as much. Worth a shot because I can’t keep wasting money on trying to get this product to dispense.

Love serum, not container
I love this serum and have used it for years. However, it is not coming out of both sides of the dispenser. This is not the first time for this problem. I've tried all the fixes, and it still is not working. For this expensive serum, there must be a better delivery system.

Great Product but...
I really do like the product but so inconsistent for the price. The first bottle was perfect. It lasted for about 5.5 weeks. The second one gave me only clear lotion for a few days and after keeping it upside down, started to dispense both. At the end, only clear one came out again--I would have thought only the white one since only clear one came out for the first few days. And it did not last as long as the first bottle, only about 4 weeks and some of that was only clear lotion. I just started the third one and it has been dispensing only the white lotion now. Yes, I have it upside down.

Used to be my holy grail
LOVED this product, used and recommended it a lot of it. Originally began purchasing at a med spa. Unfortunately, I have had too many that do not work right. Shake it, hit the bottom, cover only the side that is working and pump. Even when they both do work, it often does not pump evenly, very annoying for a product that is not cheap. Too aggravating to deal with, unfortunate, as when it worked it was great and I’m a fan of most of the Skin Medica products I’ve tried.

I really like this product but almost every time, I struggle with getting the dispenser to evenly pump the product. Following the instructions provided, I end up wasting alot of product to get it to work properly. This product is far too expensive to be wasting because of a poorly designed dispenser!

Dispensing problem
For as much as this product costs, it is frustrating that every bottle has issues with dispensing properly on both sides. I have contacted customer support and they provided remedies, one of which was to hold a finger over the dispensing holes and pump several times to prime it. Every time I have tried this, excess product oozes out at the base of the pump around the silver ring. It is messy and such a waste of product. I am not sure that I will continue my auto-ship.

Good results difficult dispensing
I’ve seen decent results with this serum and have noticed a difference in my skin, but not sure it’s worth the price or the difficulty of the dispensing. I have been using it for about two months and I figured I would give it a little bit more time. I have had trouble with a couple of the bottles, not dispensing the two serums evenly and the directions for fixing issues resulted in a ruined bottle which luckily I was able to return for another.

Undecided, like many
Like many others, the expense of the product and the difficulty of dispensing the two liquids makes it difficult to give this more than 3 stars. I struggled to obtain both liquids at the end of the bottle. If I block one hole I can usually push a little out of the other. Quite a hassle for such a "refined" luxury item! Give me two tubes please, so I can put a little of each in my palm and get every last drop out. As far as how it works? Honestly, who knows. Nothing really changes. Time marches on. I have found prescription Retin A actually DOES do something and glycolic acid products. They are rough on the skin though as I get older and I am more prudent about using them...less is better. And I use this and other things that are more mild on every other day basis.

PRODUCT VS PACKAGING
I am currently undecided about the benefits of the product itself, however, there is ongoing issue with the packaging. While the intent is to dispense the serums separately, then combine before applying, with each one I have received one of the chambers has failed making that impossible. Not only does this prevent obtaining the full benefit, it also results in being unable to use ALL of a very expensive product. I had this on auto-replenish but after three bottles with the same issue, I am canceling and will be looking for a alternative. Very frustrating!

People rave about this product and I didn't take before/after pictures so maybe it's just my misperception...but I haven't noticed much of a difference co oared to other products. Or maybe I just had higher expectations given the price? I am finishing my second bottle and plan to switch back to a different brand.
