SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum
I have been very happy with the LovelySkin site, and in particular, this product. I have used it for several years and purchase it frequently. It is an excellent product that comes in very deficient packaging. Every other one that I receive has a problem, notwithstanding that I have followed the directions meticulously each time, and half the product is wasted. Either the serum and cream don't come out at the same time, or they out from other seams in the plastic. It's too expensive a product to have so much of it simply wasted. I have never returned it because the return requirements are simply too burdensome, but I wonder whether I can continue to purchase it.

Fix the dual chamber pump immediately!
At 280+ dollars.....Fix the pump so we can get both products from the vial. Maybe thats why I'm still waiting on results 3.5 weeks in.

Nice lotion
The lotion is light weight and feels good on the skin. It is applied by mixing on the back on one hand, so effects are easily compared to the untreated hand. I do not see any difference in the treated vs untreated hand after several months of use. Nice lotion, but not worth the high cost

On the fence
I've used the product several times, but most recently looked at the ingredient list, and saw the controversial Human Fibroblast Conditioned Media. Not knowing from where this ingredient was obtained, most likely I will not use it again. It does feel nice on my skin, but I can't say with 100% certainty that I've noticed any difference in my skin. I've been using skinceuticals products for the past year and have noticed a dramatic change, so I can't pinpoint whether it was this product, or skinceuticals.

SkinMedica TNS Advansed+ Serum
I have been using the TNS serum for 15 years and recently switched to the Advanced Serum. I attribute the quality of my skin to this product; HOWEVER, the packaging needs to be revised. Maybe spend a little less money on the dual pump delivery system and put more product in the package. This barely lasts me a month with daily usage in the evening. The price has doubled and I am considering stopping use of the product as it is too expensive for regular and long term use.

Disappointed so far
I have been using it twice a day for two weeks and so far see little difference. I am surprised at the rave reviews. I have been told I have excellent skin for my age (72) and have just started to get wrinkles. I see no change so far.

Keeping fingers crossed
I keep reading and hearing great reviews on this product. Many beauty editors swear by it calling it their holy grail product. It is quite expensive and you use 1 pump twice a day. Fortunately it does not have an offensive odor like some growth factor serums can have, it doesn't irritate my skin and it does not feel sticky or tacky. I've only been using it for 1 week so it's too soon to know if it works yet. I find it difficult to get equal amounts of both serums at one time so I don't run out of one chamber of serum before the other.

Good but VERY expensive!!
Cream is ok but not good enough to justify how expensive this stuff is. Using it once per day and just 1 pump I was able to get EXACTLY 3 month worth. Also, really irritating that you cant tell how much is in the bottle @ all or how much you start with. Overall, I have used other products that are just as effective bit a LOT less $$

Disappointed in the way product dispenses. Only one of the chambers puts out the correct amount of product when pumped. The other chamber disburses very little or no product at all even when prepped as instructed.

I’ve been using this product along with several other SkinMedica products for about six months now. The product feels nice when applied but I can’t say that I see any major, or even minor, difference in my skin quality. I’ve read several reviews of this product and most strongly recommend it for its anti-aging properties. I’m still using it although given the high price tag I will probably rethink buying it for much longer. My absolute favorite SkinMedica product remains the HA5 Rejuvenating Hydrator. That’s a product I can’t live without! I’m giving the Advanced Serum only three stars in part because I don’t like the packaging (very wasteful and not at all travel friendly) and also because of the high price as well as because I’m not convinced I’m seeing any real results.

The only reason for the 3 star is that I gave t been using this product long enough to tell if there’s a change. I’m 55 and still look pretty good but want to see what this does for my lip lines and crepey neck. Will update!!

I bought this product primarily to use on my aging neck. I have been unable to use it with any consistency due to it irritating my neck. I am now using it on my face without a problem, but I have not used it long enough to notice any progress. If you have a sensitive neck, I would proceed with caution.

Expensive. I'm not sure it's worth it.
I just purchased my first bottle of this. It lasted me only one month using it twice a day... which is not very good. I cannot afford to use it twice a day, so I will use it once per day and hope that will help my skin. After 4 weeks, I cannot say that I have had any outstanding noticeable results, perhaps it needs more time. I take very good care of my skin so who knows... maybe you have to have really bad skin in order to notice a greater difference. I can't say that fine lines have disappeared after 4 weeks. My skin appears overall a bit brighter perhaps, but there are many products that can do that for me at a lesser price. I waited a month to review this product so that I could give it a fair test. I will buy another time and will decide if it's worth it. That money can be put toward other treatments at my medical spa (like fillers that give instant results or RF microneedling treatments that build collagen). As for the serum itself, it goes on fairly smoothly with no odor.
