I love this advanced tns serum but wish it weren’t so expensive. I’m able to get about 5 weeks of use from one bottle using morning & night. I’ve been using for 3 mths now and can definitely see improvement in my skin texture. Overall my skin looks younger than it is. this is an expensive product line but my experience with this and several other of their products is very favorable. I have been using it for 2 years and it has improved my skin. Funny story, I was in the hospital for a small procedure but had a rotating number of nurses. Everyone of them asked what I used on my skin. I think that is quite an endorsement when you are laying in a hospital bed for 2 nights and they ask about your skin care! They did ask about my health too!!

I keep buying it despite the price!
I am a 51-year-old female with an olive complexion and have used TNS Advanced+ Serum (or the previous version) for about 15 years (when I can afford it!). I have extremely dry skin and I conduct fieldwork semi-frequently for my job (sun exposure). The TNS serum has done a remarkable job maintaining the health of the skin on my face with respect to wrinkles and texture. I haven't had as much luck with my neck (which is actually why I started using it in my 30s), but it's definitely protected the skin on my face. I can absolutely see the quality of my skin decline when I try to replace this product with an alternative. Because I suffer from melasma (discoloration), I've always considered my skin "bad". It's therefore been surprising - now that my generation is in their 50s - to have female friends ask me what I use to keep my skin so healthy - what they mean is wrinkle control! Due to the discoloration, I've never had skin that anyone envied before!
