So Far Pretty Good
I bought this when I was able to redeem my LovelySkin rewards, Brilliant Distinctions rewards and a coupon. Otherwise, it is overpriced. It is better than the old formula in that it does not pill like before. My skin seems to look better, in that my melasma patches appear less dark. I mostly purchased this for the firming effects, but I don't notice that benefit yet. I would only buy this if it is on sale. Also, I didn't realize that this item lasts about 4 weeks when used twice a day, so I was disappointed to have to re-order so soon.

Product doesn’t last long and dispenser doesn’t work
Unfortunately this product only lasts 2 months! This is the third purchase of this product hoping the others were just a quality control issue. For the price, this should last longer. The dispenser doesn’t work correctly - my first two purchases one side stopped days before the other. This time, one side isn’t even dispensing product. So frustrating because I have seen improvements but I’m going to find a replace brand.

Not sure yet
After using this product for a few days, I developed a new reddish-purple spot on my face. I worried that the growth factors caused some abnormal cell growth, so I stopped using the Advanced Serum for now. I will try it again in a few months, though, because it is possible that the new spot had nothing to do with this product. I also started using a new tretinoin prescription in the past month, and I may have been reacting to that. I will update this review once my skin has settled down and acclimated to the tretinoin.

The serum has a much more pleasant scent than its predecessor and skin is soft when applied. I’m on my 3rd bottle but haven’t had any visible results. Also the 2 products that essentially are mixed to make 1 don’t run out evenly. The clear lasts longer than its white counterpart. These should be dispersed evenly.

This all-in one serum claims to improve appearance of fine line, skin tone and texture. When reviewing skincare products, I expect it to take 6-8 weeks to see or feel small changes. I always take photos to see if there are visual changes in lines or age spots to ensure I am not missing anything. With a product that has fantastic reviews, product claims, and a high price point I expected no different. I have been using this product for 6 weeks- morning and night along with the hydrator with not the slightest change in fine lines, skin tone or texture. I will not make another investment in the TNS advanced serum.

Still in the testing phase
I purchased the SkinMedica TNS Advanced+ Serum based on an article I had read about the product. I gave it 3 stars after using it for 30 days (twice a day as recommended) because I was very disappointed that the product lasted only a month, which makes it even more expensive. After 4 weeks of using it twice daily I have not noticed any difference in my skin. I have another tube of it which I will use 1 time a day (in the p.m.) in the hopes that I can stretch the product for 2 months. I realize I won't be getting a fair assessment of it, but it is extremely costly and I don't know if I can justify it.

I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now. I have a sense it is getting close to being empty, but unfortunately I can't tell due to the packaging. It has a nice feel when applying to my skin. However, it does not spread as much as I'd like and requires more product than the competitor I tried prior to purchasing this product. I don't find this as moisturizing as the other product and honestly don't see any difference in my skin. For the price and coverage, I won't be purchasing again.

Really wanted to love this...
I was so excited to try this out, and it’s fine at night, but I cannot put makeup on with this on my face because it pills. The original serum doesn’t do that. I chatted with customer service about returning, and she said I may be applying to much if it’s doing this, so I decided to give it another shot but using less. Unfortunately, that didn’t make a difference. If you’re not going to put makeup on, it’s fine, which is why I rated a three. I haven’t seen a difference over the original serum, but I have only been using this for two weeks, so maybe it’s just that more time is needed to see improvement. I love all of my other SkinMedica products and would highly recommend them, with the exception of this product for those who intend to put makeup over it.

Techical Difficulties
While it is too early to tell how well this product works, I will review based on what I DO know. Firstly, there is not much serum for the price. I used a full pump, twice a day, and ran out in a couple weeks. Now wanting to give up, as the promises of firmer skin are so enticing, I purchased another bottle and and am trying to use smaller amounts. I do not like that the container is opaque, as it is impossible to tell when I am about to run out, which also displeases me. Thus, I put this on auto-refill, and will review based on my actual facial results in a couple of months. I remain optimistic...

I have been a loyal TNS Recovery Complex customer for 4 years. When I received an email from Lovely Skin regarding the new Advanced Serum I was all in! I have used it for approx 3 weeks and do not see a difference yet. I am using it in the morning and at night am still using the Recovery Complex.
