TNS Advanced Serum
I have been using the TNS Essential Serum for years. This was my first time with the TNS Advanced Serum. I like the improvements. Instead of the red gel on the one side, it is clear and the consistency is less thick. It blends nicely with the white cream side. It smooths out over the skin easily and allows for great coverage of the whole face, neck and decollate. This product is pricy, but I like to purchase it at LovelySkin when they have their best sales. I will continue to use it in my skin care routine.

I love this new TNS Serum. I had great results from the previous formula but it caused me to severely break out, and I had to stop using it. I have used this SkinMedica serum for about 3 years and I promise you it works. It is the real scientific skincare deal. I didn’t love the old formula’s smell or feel so I am so happy they came up with this new formula. I am 53. I was 49 when I started using it. This product made an impact on my skin. I noticed an improvement in the texture, smoothness and hydration. I like this product is multi-purpose, so it eliminates having to use so many other products. In the am I use SkinCeuticals C serum, TNS advanced serum and sunscreen. (Moisturizer in cold weather). The serum goes on smooth, not greasy and sinks into my skin. It did not cause issues with my sensitive skin or breakouts. I will definitely order again.
