Second Time Around
This is my second time trying this product. I tried it early last Fall but only used one container of it. I didn't see any results and felt that I should have seen something for the exorbitant price. Fast forward to about February. I came across on the internet some reviews that resparked my interest. Most encouraged using this product longer than one container's worth. There happened to be a pretty decent sale going on at LovelySkin then so I thought I'd give it another try. I am halfway through my second container of this and am seeing some results, as in more firmness and elasticity. Right now, I am only giving 4 stars as I am hoping to not see some fine lines (in the not to distant future?) as well. So ladies, I would say . . . don't be disappointed if you don't see anything happening after just one purchase. Go for 2 and then judge.

Nice Product
I like this serum but I can’t pinpoint why. It feels nice on my skin but to be honest for the price I’m not sure it’s worth it. If I don’t use the product I can’t tell a difference. Not sure I’ll buy again after the bottle is gone.

I really do like this product. I only use it at night as it is quite expensive. I do think I see a difference in skin care and use it in place of different skin cares that I have at night. This covers it all. The only complaint is the dispenser. Remember to keep it upside down and use three fingers to dispense it. I can get two months out it if I am careful. You do not need much of the product. It covers well. I only gave it 4stars due to the dispenser.

Glides on and makes your skin smooth and satiny. Soaks in quickly and makes the skin soft and supple. Very unusual when pumped as there are 2 lotions dispensed the same time clear and a creamy lotion. It is very expensive but a product to try. Love this product.

This will be my second bottle of the advanced so I’m a little unsure if the 1st did anything but am staying positive. Using other new products from my doctor so not sure. All of these good skin care products are so high so not sure how long can keep using.. Also the pump, you run out of one of the serums before the other one.

For maintaining a Youthful look
Smells much better than the previous version. Still think it is incredibly expensive. It really helps maintain youthfulness of skin, the pump is annoying but I guess it is necessary to keep the product air tight and fresh. Unfortunately price point makes it impossible for me to use it regularly.

Tightens skin
Ive used this product for about 3 years now and have seen results. My skin is tighter and more firm, with improved texture. My only issue is a few of the product containers had dispenser pumps that failed. Where both products should be dispensed together, only one would come out. This product is expensive, the pump should not fail.

Love/hate relationship
I love this product. It works. It’s undoubtedly a scientifically advanced serum with clinical results. It’s my favorite part of my skincare routine. But the pump is absolutely horrible, and so much product is wasted because it constantly leaks. And at $300 for 1 ounce, not one drop should end up anywhere but my face. I am continuing to buy this for now because the product is so effective, but SkinMedica really needs to improve their packaging.

This review is on the product itself which is amazing! I could see the difference and had so many compliments on my skin. I previously purchased from my dermatologist. I have placed my first order on this site. My only complaint is with the dispenser. It does not consistently pump product from both sides and I’m very disappointed to say that Allergan, the maker of this product was less than helpful when I shared my concerns.

Great product; pump needs a redesign
I had a bit of an allergy to the second (non-growth factor) chamber, so I thought I would gift this to my mom who doesn't suffer from skin allergies, and she ADORED it - and the results definitely show on her face and neck! Her main quibble is that the pump gets stuck and dispenses one side more than the other if you don't push exactly in the center each time, and even then it will randomly get stuck even if one stores the container upside down as sometimes recommended. If the manufacturers correct this issue it would be such a dream product!

This is my second time ordering this product. I will continue to use for the next 12 weeks to see what results I achieve. I use all SkinMedica products and I truly am a huge fan! I look forward to seeing what results I get. One thing I do notice is I use it right after I wash my face, I wait a few minutes, and then follow up with the dermal repair cream. I notice I get it flaky beads from my skin… I am not sure if this is normal, if it means my skin is dry and it is helping exfoliate the dry skin??? Here is to believing for great results.

SkinMedica TNS Advanced Serum
I absolutely love the product. My only issue is how the bottle and pump work. There is a pump that is half a white serum and half a clear serum. I’m on my third bottle and every bottle has the same issue, you end up getting more of the white substance and a lot of times little to none of the clear. I have spoken to customer service and they gave me advice on how to make the bottle work. It does help but non the less I still run in to the same issue every time.
