Quality ingredients that are effective
I’m a big fan of all SkinMedica. There is science behind it and I feel I notice a difference in my skin from using it consistently. Although I still get frustrated with the dispenser most of the time it works pretty well but there are times when just one side comes out and the other one doesn’t. I am very happy that I don’t have to deal with the smell of the previous TNS. Great product just wish the dispenser worked 100% of the time!

WOW even better than the original TNS!!!
I have been using SkinMedica TNS essential serum for 7 years now. I am 53 and still get told that I must be 35!! My fine lines are hardly visible only with my magnifying mirror!!! And I have no crows feet or lines on my forehead or around my mouth. I stay out of the sun and wear sunscreen. This serum worked double time for me with faster results then the original which is also great!

I have been using TNS Essential Serum for several years and have now switched to the Advanced Serum. I definitely prefer the Advanced. It feels super smooth and hydrating and it seems to go farther than the Essential Serum. My face appears to have fewer fine lines and overall texture is improved. I'm approaching 60 and using this exceptional serum is an important step in my skin care regime. It is an expensive product but I definitely recommend trying it.
