Is SkinMedica TNS a MUST Product!
The short answer is YES! I faithfully use TNS by SkinMedica daily. It is not the only product from the SkinMedica line that I use but it is the cornerstone one. I love the way it makes my skin feel and the end result is fewer fine lines and wrinkles. It is worth every penny it costs and then some. Love, Love, Love it!

Quality ingredients that are effective
I’m a big fan of all SkinMedica. There is science behind it and I feel I notice a difference in my skin from using it consistently. Although I still get frustrated with the dispenser most of the time it works pretty well but there are times when just one side comes out and the other one doesn’t. I am very happy that I don’t have to deal with the smell of the previous TNS. Great product just wish the dispenser worked 100% of the time!

I have been using SkinMedica TNS essential serum for 7 years now. I am 53 and still get told that I must be 35!! My fine lines are hardly visible only with my magnifying mirror!!! And I have no crows feet or lines on my forehead or around my mouth. I stay out of the sun and wear sunscreen. I have been using TNS Essential Serum for several years and have now switched to the Advanced Serum. I definitely prefer the Advanced. It feels super smooth and hydrating and it seems to go farther than the Essential Serum. My face appears to have fewer fine lines and overall texture is improved.
