I have been a long time user/fan of the original SkinMedica TNS Serum. This Advanced+ version is even better. They retained all the wonderful benefits while improving on several things: 1) the funky odor is gone! 2) there is no longer a funny tint to this. 3) It mixes much easier 4) It feels lighter and absorbs better. I can't think of one thing I don't like about it (okay, it would be phenomenal if it were dirt cheap, but like a lot of things in life, you truly get what you pay for). This is completely worth every penny.

Seeing Results After a Week
I used the older version of this product years ago and was pleased with the results. I wanted to mix up my current routine, so I decided to invest in the new formulation. I can say that after about a week of nightly use, I am seeing a difference in the texture of my skin around my chin. I have been a fan of the TNS serum for a long time. My only complaint was that it was sometimes difficult to get both sides to distribute evenly. They seem to have solved this problem and the texture of this serum is even better. I definitely see a difference if I haven't used it in a while. Highly recommend.

All of SkinMedica's products are of exceptional quality. I have fair, mature, sensitive skin. I feel that this product nourishes my skin. The texture is nice and it absorbs well. I only use this at night to conserve due to the price. I use a moisturizer afterwards. For those that did not like the original product, you may want to try in order to see if the price validates the enhancement.
