I’ve been using the original TNS Serum for a few years now. It’s very effective but the smell was horrible. I’m so happy SkinMedica fixed that little problem with the new formula! The texture isn’t as sticky as the original either. Its all around so much nicer now. It’s doing it’s amazing job as always but stink-free... yay!

SkinMedica TMS Serum has been my favorite serum for the last 3 years. I was somewhat skeptical about ‘tis new Advanced TNS Serum but after chatting with the pros at LS I decided to spend the additional money and up my game to this new TNS. So far I’m very pleased with the way my skin is responding! Pores seem smaller and find lines minimizing. I’ve been only using for 2 weeks. Will be deciding as I get closer to the end of my monthly supply if it’s worth the extra money.

The wrinkles at the corners of my mouth and below are quite pronounced. I have sensitive skin and I have had no adverse reaction to this product. After a few weeks, the lines have softened. I am hoping they continue to soften and not be so deep as I continue using this product. There is a smell but it is minimal.

I previously used TNS Essential Serum for years and really wasn’t expecting to notice any visible changes with the new Advanced + Serum, but after about a month of use I started to notice a firmer more lifted jawline. This is the first product I’ve ever used, and I’ve tried many, that actually does help provide a more lifted appearance to the skin.
