I have used SkinMedica TNS for a few years and love it. I recently purchased the new Advanced+ Serum, and find that it is now my preference. After a month, I noticed more of a glow on my face. It dispenses easier than the original and is scent free. One pump is enough for my face and neck. I definitely recommend this product.

So far so good
I’m a longtime user of skinmedica TNS Essential serum so when Advanced+ rolled out I couldn’t wait to try it. I’m on my second container so may be too early to notice any difference between TNS Essential and Advanced+. I plan to continue using it. the smell of the new serum is less pungent. it seems to rub off my skin once applied and dried down like a layer is sitting on top of the skin rather than fully absorbed and I don’t remember that being a problem with TNS Essential. Maybe I’m doing it wrong or I’m getting a build up of advanced+ and HA5 because I use both.

In one word....phenomenal!
I've been using TNS Recovery Complex for a while and when this came out, I thought I'd try it. Pricey, so have only been using at night instead of the recommended twice a day. Even so, after just a few short weeks, my skin looks and feels smoother, is plumping up, and has become more radiant. Once I am through using my other serums will probably be buying only this one.

Expensive but effective
Very effective for reducing fine lines and improving overall “glow.” The new version eliminated the unpleasant fragrance and is less irritating than the previous version. It is very expensive though and has a tendency to pill.

I think the TNS recovery complex and the serums are the best. I started using TNS Recovery Complex years ago, then upgraded when TNS came out with the first serum. And then when they dialed things up a notch again, I bought this. Yes, it's expensive, but money well spent!

Another Home Run
After using TNS Essential Serum original formula for a few years, I was beginning to think about searching for another brand. Enter TNS Advanced! Pleasant to use, lightweight, and seemingly effective. I do think my skin is looking smoother and firmer, and a small wrinkle below the corner of my mouth seems to be less deep. It's been only a couple of months or so since I made the switch to Advanced. I'm eager to see results at six months. Now, if they could only improve the delivery system so both sides dispense product evenly and consistently for the entire life of the bottle down to the last bit of serum!

The results that I got in two months are not an improvement, it is like my problem area has disappeared. Since this product is expensive, I have followed my doctor's recommendation that I use a pump to half a pump at night when the skin is in its healing state and skip the morning application

Just as fantastic as the original
I have been using the TNS Essential Serum for the last 2 years and I absolutely love it. I was nervous about trying this new formula because I have very sensitive, allergy- and acne-prone skin. I was delightfully surprised that I like it even more than the original and it seems more effective in calming redness and making my skin appear brighter and smoother. I know one of the major complaints about the original formula was the scent, but I actually think this new version's smell is even worse. I found it less bothersome after a few days, but it smells treacly like melted gummy bears and I try not to breathe through my nose while it's drying. Also, it's slightly tackier than the original, but it still absorbs nicely and blends under moisturizers and sunscreen without pilling. I will continue using this new formula because in the end it's highly effective and makes my skin look incredible.

Don’t Give Up on Dispensing Issues
First two times I used, only one side of the dual pump dispensed product. I removed the cover and cleaned the hole with a pin. Did the trick. Both pumps have dispensed product since. I use at night. It spreads nicely and one pump covers face and neck. I’m noticing an improvement in firmness and texture after 1 month and will definitely continue to use.

Even Better than TNS Essential Serum
I am 55 and have been using TNS Essential Serum for about 5 years. So, I did not know if I would see much different with TNS Advanced. I have been using it for about two months. I see an improvement in firmness, especially around the mouth. My best friend says that my skin is more luminous. Overall, it is a great product and I will continue to buy it on auto-replenish to save on the cost.

Insane results
I’ve only been using this serum for about a week and a half, the results are insane! My main concern was sagging around the jaw and jowl area, and thought that there was nothing I could do besides surgery (which I’m really hesitant about ) . So I started doing some research: collagen supplements, facial exercises, microcurrent/nano currrent machines (Nano current machine actually works ). lifting gels and creams, dermal thread lift , you name it, I’ve tried it. Don’t know how, but came across some reviews on Skinmedica’s advance+ serum, someone mentioned how it helped with sagging skin, and how her skin looked tighter. I kept reading more reviews online, and they were all very positive and encouraging. So, I decided to give it a try. Found the best price on LovelySkin (and the best customer service). After a few days, I noticed that my skin felt and looked softer, and there was a glow to it. Then after about 10 -12 days, I noticed that my skin looked tighter, and my jowl area looked lifted, almost like a reverse aging effect. I’m ecstatic! Obviously not as dramatic as a facelift, but it’s good enough for me. I can’t wait to see the long term results now. I know it’s a bit expensive, but considering all the money I’d save not getting a face lift and not buying face make up, I think it’s worth every penny.
