Better than the original
I like the new Advanced Serum better than the old one mostly because it doesn't smell so nasty. I assume that they have advanced how well it will work, but I haven't been using it long enough to know. I have very sensitive skin and the new one (like the old one) doesn't cause any skin reactions and I can use it under my eyes without a problem. It is painfully expensive, but I have used it for years and my skin isn't aging very much, so I'll assume it's part of the reason my skin still looks good (for my age).

I have used SkinMedica’s original TNS Serum for some time and absolutely loved it. Thought I would give this Advanced + Serum a try thinking it can’t be worse but doubt it is better but ... it is. I honestly think most anti-aging creams are hype-except this one
I’ve been using the regular first-generation TNS Serum for a few months, but I swear this newer advanced formula is even better. I love that it is now scent and color free. It is super light, so even with my oily skin, using it in the morning is still perfect. I swear my skin looks firmer and just a bit more “glowy” after only using for about two weeks. I never give reviews-but this one I think is worth the hefty price.
