Noticeable change
I've been using the TNS Advanced+Serum for about a month, and my skin appears more smooth. Pores appear smaller. Skin texture and pigmentation appears more even which is amazing because I have a history of hyperpigmentation. I'm very pleased with the product so far. I've used the original TNS serum regularly for over 8 years, and the change after switching to the TNS Advanced+Serum are noticeable to me. Whatever change/addition they made to their original TNS serum formula is working for my skin. Definitely will be a repeat buy!

I bought this after the plastic surgeon who does my Botox and hydra facials told me she uses it and recommends it. I am a long time user of the original serum so did not hesitate to give the newest a try and it did not disappoint. I think it goes on and absorbs easier than the original, but that's just my opinion. I dont know that I see a huge difference from the original, but my skin appears marginally clearer than before. I am good to switch to this for awhile as I love the TNS system. Worth the cost for me at my age.

Nothing Yet But I'm Sticking To It
Let it be understood, I am a confirmed TNS user for 3 years. I think it makes my skin younger looking than my 70+ years. I've only been using the Advanced TNS for a week or so and do not see any changes or improvements. I will keep at the Advanced formula since Skinmedica TNS has never let me down.
