TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream
Sometimes my skin gets flaky. There are times that it gets red and irritated. It doesn't happen often, but I wanted to have a treatment cream to use at those times. I bought this Ceramide cream from SkinMedica, because I have been using their TNS and HA5 products for several years. I used the Ceramide Treatment Cream when we had some very cold dry winter days and my skin got red and irritated. It seemed to help get it calmed down, but it took a few days. I do not use this product daily, but I will use it when I need to.

Great for Hands, Not for Face
I'm so confused by this product. It's absolutely horrid at what it's made for (a post-procedure cream). I applied a thin layer to my face after a Morpheus 8 microneedling with radio frequency treatment. Your face is left very irritated, inflamed and scabbed and I thought that this cream would work much better than the other healing ointment given to me after my previous Morpheus 8 treatments. Boy was I wrong! This cream is extremely clogging to your pores. I awoke to dozens of white puss filled acne spots all over my face! My skin is usually near flawless! I confirmed my suspicions that it was solely due to this cream a week after I healed and applied the cream again after a cold day when my face had gotten particularly dry. Again, I awoke to a terrible whitehead filled breakout. This stuff is no longer allowed anywhere near my face but I find it to be an excellent deep moisturizer for dry hands and feet. They should just market it as such though and definitely not as a post procedure cream.

This is my first time trying SkinMedica TNS Ceramide treatment cream. It's supposed to be used on post treatment skin, but I haven't had any skin treatments so I can't say how it works for that. It is less expensive than the SkinMedica Dermal Repair Cream, but it is not nearly as moisturizing.

Hello, I have been using this for a month now and I can honestly say it keeps my skin hydrated and soft even after being cold for several hours. I’m 35 years old and being a man I have thick rough that tends to be combination. If I don’t shave every 2 days my skin gets harder to clean as my beard comes in and once the stubble is out after a week it is thick oily in t zone which transfers to follicles that clogs pores. This is a really nice product for dry skin. I live in a very dry climate so my skin is always thirsty. It's really soothing and leaves skin with a soft finish. It's still an expensive product but I think it's a better value than many other pricey moisturizers. I've tried a few and plan to re-buy this one.

A must for post-procedure and living in arid climate
Got this for extra protection for snow sports, to use after acid peels over winter, and layer on as a sleeping mask once/week. Love the texture and balm feel of the locking in of moisture and skin protection. I had tried a ceramide moisturizer from a different store and it made my skin feel like it was suffocating. This one is not the case at all and I love that it also has actives in it for post microneedling and deep acid peels. Worth every penny and will last a long time.
