Best Moisturizer for Dry Harsh Winter Weather
In the dry winter weather, my facial skin tends to get dehydrated a lot. This moisturizer is the best under this condition. It has no fragrance with a rich creamy white texture. Very easy to apply. It is also not greasy. I suffer no breakouts with this rich creamy based moisturizer.

great for post laser or very dry skin
this is a very thick cream for post laser procedures or extremely dry skin. i think it would be good also for long flights. the only thing is that it could be congested for t zone or someone who is acne prone.

Not good for acne-prone skin
Used this after micro-needling and CO2 fractional laser treatment. Seemed to do it’s intended purpose well, skin felt moisturized and recovered, but broke out really, really bad. Didn’t examine the ingredients at all before purchasing, just purchased according to recommendations and reviews. After use I learned one of the oils in the ingredients has a comedogenic rating not ideal for acne prone skin.

Wonderful hydration and soothing if using Retinol/tretinoin too
I noticed a lot of people were raving over this as a post-procedure cream (even in the reviews: after peels, laser treatments etc). I wanted to thank everyone who recommended TNS Ceramide Treatment Cream for soothing hydration if one’s skin has gone peely, irritable, dry or sensitive while using Rx Tretinoin (although I take care not to overapply my Tretinoin and to follow my dermatologist’s regimen suited to dry skin, I still get peeling skin sometimes). I use the TNS ceramide cream as a night cream then, and often as a night cream regardless as it’s just a terrific rich hydrator with beneficial anti-aging ingredients.
