I really like the texture. It is very different from most products which may be why it feels strange to some. It is very smooth, easy to apply and the product lasts for a very long time which is nice since it is a bit expensive

I use a Vitamin C serum on my face religiously, and have done so for over ten years. I like to alternate these products through the week, to maximize their benefits as well as to make them each last longer. I stumbled upon this one during a sale and am so glad to have found it. The texture is like a very light lotion, and is absorbed quickly. A little dab'll do ya. I'm also happy to see that Alle points are offered for this one, which is another incentive. As far as performance, I really like it and have already reordered. Vitamin C is a must in caring for the face.

Excellent quality, but still on the fence
I adore everything I’ve tried from SkinMedica, but this is the one product that is not instant love for me. It is a very slippery silicone-based vitamin C, and I can’t tell if it is really absorbing into my skin. I usually use a liquid L-Asorbic vitamin C, say serums like SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic. The SkinMedica is much different. The pump dispenser is amazing, very hygienic. Much easier to use than liquid dropper vitamin C. However, it just glides over my face - to the point that I’m not sure that the actual vitamin C is being absorbed by my skin. That said, one time after using this, I did have a bit of a reaction to it. Nothing bad, just flushing. So, I do think the actual vitamin C is in true contact with my skin. But, there is one more but: because of the high silicon content in this, I have had some pilling beneath other products. I usually apply vitamin C as my first or second layer of skin care, but while this silicon-heavy format may feel light, it could be prone to balling up. I want to love this serum! Maybe I just need more time with it.

I really like this C+E complex. It goes on nicely (I sort of press it onto my skin rather than rub) and seems to minimize large pores too. I use it under my moisturizer, like a serum. It can be tingly at first, but it smoothes the skin, it is not oily like many of the C products. I like it!
