I have used SkinMedica Vitamin C+E Complex in the past and received compliments on my complexion. I then tried another vitamin C product which was cheaper. It was also a nice product, but I noticed that my complexion was looking a little blotchy. I went back to the SkinMedica.

This is a very effective C+E serum for more mature skin. I have noticed that my skin is brighter and smoother since using this product. It is silky in texture and doesn''t to interfere with my sunscreen or foundation. Very nice serum:)

Great Vitamin C product!
My dermatologist recommended adding a vitamin C product to my skincare regimen, and we decided to go with SkinMedica Vitamin C and E Complex as my complexion is doing well with other SkinMedica products. I was a little hesitant as I had tried a couple in the past and didn’t like how they left my skin feeling sticky. This one goes on very lightly and dries quickly. I use it in the morning with SkinMedica HA5 before my sunscreen, and the products all work well together. It has definitely improved my sixty-something-year-old skin!

Effective Vitamin C
I have been using this vitamin c product for about 3 years. On and off, I have inserted other C boosting serums I thought would be better. Higher strengths were tempting to try, more is better theory. This is a gel serum, mixes well with my Retin A prescription, has a timed release delivery and applies evenly to your skin. I’m done with the higher percent boosters for good. My skin looks great, and I’m not experiencing constant sensitivity around my mouth and eyes anymore.

I've used SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic Serum for a long time, but after a sample of this, I have switched. It glides on like silk without any greasy feeling, hydrates well and will be much better for me in warmer, less dry months. A little goes a long way which helps with the high price point.

Pills with everything
I have tried this with other SkinMedica products and cannot avoid pilling. Even with adequate absorption time between layers, it pills unless I pat it on as a last product (over moisturizer). I'm not sure if it is penetrating at all. Does not irritate my face.

I instantly loved the SkinMedica C+E serum. The texture is smooth and light and in the way it feels as it glides over my dry skin. I have used other C serums, but didn’t like the tackiness that I felt after they were on my skin. I haven’t used long enough to say I’m brighter, but I do think it helps my large pores.
