Go with the PRO!
I've been using Viviscal PRO for almost a year now and I certainly see a positive difference in the thinning hair on the crown of my head. (I've noticed that my fingernails grow kind of crazy-fast as well--so clearly the product is boosting my keratin-producing faculties at the least!) I bought the PRO version of Viviscal on the recommendation of my dermatologist who said, "There are no reports of adverse side-effects, so I see no reason not to try it." I cannot speak to the regular type of Viviscal because I haven't used it, but I figured I'd pay a few more dollars for the PRO version and I'm glad I did.

I have taken it for around 3 weeks now, I haven't seen any significant results but noticed my hair is now a little more dense maybe... not sure if its the placebo effect so maybe will really needs to wait at least 3 months

Remember to take a before and after shot!
As with anything I ask my body to do, it likes to change at a snail's pace. My hairdresser suggested taking a picture after I visit with her to see the changes happening over time. I have another appointment 6 weeks after starting Viviscal. Here’s hoping a picture speaks a thousand words!

So I started taking these on October 10/29/2020 , so too early to know if it is working but I did a lot of research before deciding on these so I trust that it will work. I am also using Viviscal Shampoo and conditioner, I will review again in 3/4 months. Lost a lot of hair due to a Thyroid but had it removed so hoping Viviscal helps my hair grow long and thick. Check with your dr to make sure it does not interfere with Thyroid medication.
