It’s too soon to tell what’s actually happening with my hair but the good news is the tablets don’t upset my stomach. This product was recommended to me by a physician’s assistant who has lupus. Improved Thinning Hair
This is the only supplement that has made a difference to my thinning hair. I take it daily along with my iron supplement. Give it time, at least months, and be patient. I've tried many other supplements, including regular Viviscal, but this truly has made a noticeable difference.

Started using this once a day for 4-5 months, - noticed what looked like some fine hairs coming in where my hair has thinned around my hairline. Now using the product twice daily for about 2 months. My hair does seem a little ticker and it seems as though I am losing less hair after washing it. Nails are definitely stronger. I've been using them for 8 and a half months, and now I see some improvement in my hair. After 6 months, I almost quit because there was no growth. I'll give it a try in the next 6 months and hope for better results. I cannot believe in all these glowing reviews; I'm not convinced of this product's efficiency so far. My hair is fine, slow-growing, but I would not drink pills for hair improvement if it weren't. I have to admit that the LovelySkin site has great customer service and really the best prices. I just started on my second 90 day supply of Viviscal Pro. I was losing a lot of hair either due to an autoimmune disease or the medication I’m taking for it. I've been using Viviscal PRO for almost a year now and I certainly see a positive difference in the thinning hair on the crown of my head. (I've noticed that my fingernails grow kind of crazy-fast as well--so clearly the product is boosting my keratin-producing faculties at the least!) I bought the PRO version of Viviscal on the recommendation of my dermatologist who said, "There are no reports of adverse side-effects, so I see no reason not to try it."
