I use this product religiously after microneedling to help speed up recovery. Sometimes I also apply while microneedling when doing under 1mm depth. Helps promote collagen and speed up recovery within 48-72 hours. Definitely worth the expense!

I love this cream!! I am 73 and have used this for years. I recently had a very big laser on my face. I used this for my post care and it worked great. When I went back for my second follow up, the plastic surgeon asked me what I was putting on my face. He said keep doing what I was doing, because I was very much ahead of the healing process. This is just a very good cream for all my needs!!! If you haven’t tried it, you need to try it!!

This is my first time using "pads" to exfoliate my face. I gave it a try because a prior product (a physical microdermabrasion paste) was time consuming to rinse off my face. I have only been using these pads for a week, so it is too soon to tell how effective it is at improving my skin tone and removing hyperpigmentation. However, it has been working well to exfoliate areas on my face that I like to keep smooth. I have sensitive skin and these pads have not caused any issues thus far. They do, however, leave a tacky feeling on my face, even after several minutes of letting my skin air dry.

Used many bottles and found this serum not as effective as as the pads or the acid creams. I already have pretty great skin but I didn’t find this serum particularly effective at lightening what little pigment I have. Also, my skin seemed to get a little acne from it.
