Nice but light coverage
Very nice product and have been using for years. Nice coverage but light so good for summer although I do use all year but not when I want more coverage. Product very pure which is important to me. And of course good sun protection. I get the tinted so it serves two purposes.

THE BEST SUNSCREEN
I seriously love the EltaMD Sunscreen. My dermatologist recommended it and I've been using it since. Pretty much the only sunscreen I use. It's a little thick, but as a sunscreen should be. The best part about it is that my sensitive/acne rosacea prone skin LOVES it. No negative reaction whatsoever. It's a lifesaver. Really mild product that gets the job done!

Love this sunscreen. It's not too thick and the color is really even on my skin. Also amazing on my rosacea prone skin - no breakout, no sensitivity. My dermatologist actually recommended it for me and I totally see why! Only sunscreen I will put on my face.

The only sunscreen for me
I've been using this sunscreen for years for my face. Smooths on well and keeps my acne prone skin clear while protecting me from the sun. I put it on every morning with and without additional moisturizer depending on the season. Love the tint as well to avoid a white residue appearance. I just wish the price would stop increasing every year.

EltaMDUV Clear Broad Spectrum SPF 46 - Untinited
Love this product! Goes on white but becomes clear and no white residue. I discovered it when my aesthetician used it on my face after a facial. Yes it has some chemical and some mineral which I am okay with as long as not post-procedure. Love their UV Physical Broad Spectrum SPR 41 tinted for that - another post. The SPF 46 has niacinamide for calming, which is an ingredient I like even though I don't have acne. My husband uses this and likes it as well. Will buy again!

I have been using EltaMD UV Physical Broad-Spectrum SPF 41 sunscreen for years, and wanted to branch out to try EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 Sunscreen - Tinted, since it has a slightly higher SPF. One major difference is that the SPF 46 is more tinted than the SPF 41 (which is "lightly tinted" on the label). I am fair and find the SPF 41 tint to be perfect for my skin tone. I thought it would look the same, but I can tell the SPF 46 produces more of a tan tint. Next time, I think I will go with the EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 Sunscreen UNTINTED. Overall, great product otherwise!

I toggle between this sunscreen and another tinted brand. I find this gives my combo skin a bit of moisture without being heavy or greasy. It also does not clog pores but is not matte.

It's the only sunscreen I use. I believe I suffer from fungal acne, and it's the only sunscreen that doesn't cause those horrid impossible to remove bumps. It spreads like a light lotion. You would have to spread fast because it sinks in pretty quickly, and if you keep spreading it will clump up. Even if you don't blend it all the way, it sinks in beautifully, almost as if it self blends since you won't see significant white streaks. It isn't the most sweat proof sunscreen since it does appear white when you sweat. If you're ok with that, then this sunscreen will become your favorite! I also love that despite being a zinc based sunscreen, it doesn't feel goopy nor leave a thick pasty feel. Please consider this product, especially if you are acne prone!
