Non-greasy and protective. I live in tropical weather and spend a lot of time in the sun, and it works great. The only downside is the strong sunscreen smell.

This tinted sunscreen is lovely. Adds a touch of color, goes on smoothly to wear daily as a replacement for my regular tinted moisturizer. If I specifically want to use it for when I’m working outside it seems to sweat off very easily so I have to use a different sunscreen if I spend a longer time outdoors.

This sunscreen is wonderful! Good coverage and feels more like skincare than sunscreen. There is no white tint and does not pull. The only downside is the cost is quite high for the amount of product you get.

Near Perfect
The Elta MD SPF 46 was my go to Sunscreen when I was allowed to use sunscreen after my laser skin resurfacing. I researched and it had the purest ingredients and helped to protect my skin. It was gentle and goes on super smooth, but did shine a little. I use Jane Iredale light powder to cover the sheen. I would give it a 5, but it did not protect my skin enough and after a driving my face still turned reddish. I will order it again to use on some days because it is super gentle.

Bought this to try and to have in my suitcase. I prefer the LA Roche-Posay SPF -70 Anthelios UV Correct for the higher SPF, but both work well under tinted moisturizer. Goes on creamy and absorbs well. No sticky residue.

Used for years
I love the way this makes my skin look. Recently tried an alternative. Never as happy with other. This I can only use for under makeup days, he de the minus one star. Plus it says for sensitive skin. I have rosacea as well. Here is the thing about this item.. it can at times cause burn sensation when applied cause problems for a several days due to the initial burn. Or if exercise with it on it causes burning sensation. Not sure but I feel it has something to do w/the niacinamide I have realized just don’t wear if I’m going to sweat and apply when I’m not warm in face, ie after shower and definitely not right after exercise. It leave dewy glow and I don’t get any breakouts. It also doesn’t ever come off onto my clothing and collars. Even when wearing black. Sometimes I don’t think it works as well as pure mineral ones. But those wreck my clothes. I use the clear and hope to try the tinted with as much success.

First time trying this product. I've used another sunscreen under this brand before but decided to try this particular one. It goes on smoothly without leaving a white cast without any fragrance. I have darker skin so it's nice to not look like a ghost after application. So far it hasn't caused any breakout. My teen daughter is also using this and likes the product. We'd used it without reapplying for the day just going to work or school. Have not tested it in water or more harsh conditions. I would rather the bottle cap can open so we can get to the last bits on the bottom. These pump bottles lead to lots of waste. This is why I took off one star for packaging.

Working outdoors on the water, this sunscreen has always proved to live up to its name. However, they have now added a hormone disrupter to the product, and removed the Titanium Dioxide which is unfortunate. I will continue to use this until I can find a replacement full mineral sunscreen that is just as good.

This is a sunscreen that comes highly touted by many reviews and so I bought it. I have fair skin and I’ve been applying this sunscreen during the day every two hours. On first and second applications,this sunscreen goes on clear. Less so on the third application; It left my face white in streaks. I will continue to use this product for at least the next six weeks and have a fuller opinion of the product.

I use this sunscreen on my hands and arms when needed. It goes on very light feeling and not sticky at all, so your hands still feel clean. I have tried it on my face but it seems to peel if I apply any makeup over it.

Tinted sunscreen
I tried this product because it was priced 20% lower than the untinted product. I presume it blocks the sun just as well as the SPF number is the same. The tint was very subtle, so if you are thinking it can be used in place of foundation, it cannot. I prefer the clear.
