Feels great! Light as air.
My favorite foundation was discontinued, so I bought the tinted EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 Sunscreen to use for sunscreen and foundation. It is great. I don't think I will ever go back to foundation. I am fair complected with blonde hair and blue eyes and it does not look like I am wearing makeup but looks more polished than a bare face especially with a dusting of powder. I am very pleased and will continue to buy it.

Sunscreen with convenience
This Sunscreen came recommended by my doctor who specializes in skin CA. Seeing that it was tinted was unappealing until I tried it. It is a translucent tint so it does not change skin color, but not only protects with the SPF, but it adds a refractive component for sun rays. That's how I would describe it without all the scientific vocabulary. In addition, the pump applicator is great at delivering small amounts as needed to get coverage and lasts a long time. I get a fresh one each season and use it for travel since it is handy for purse or suitcase. I'm glad to have found it and hope it stays around. It has made all the difference in my skin protection. I have had surgery in the past for skin cancer and am so glad to have found a product that is so easy to use, looks and feels great and easy to apply quickly.

Great for retinol users!
I tried a new strength of retinol recently and was left with red peeling skin. The 5% niacinamide in this soothed the redness and smoothed out my dry flaking skin, so it looked healthy and normal (until washing this sunscreen off of my face at the end of the day, anyway). It is light weight and dries down demi-matte. This is a gem of a find for retinol users or for people who don''t like sunscreen.

The BEST sunscreen/moisturizer with SPF
This moisturizer is lightweight and does not clog my pores or cause me to break out, which every other sunscreen makes me do. A friend recommended it to me a few years ago, and I use it every morning and won't use anything else. I don't even need moisturizer with it most days. It works great for my combination skin.

The best
I have tried many sunscreens from drugstore brands to high prices and this is my favorite by far. It leaves no white streaks, no shiny film, and no unnatural matte finish. It lets your skin be what it is. It does not have an odd or perfumed smell, and it has a great consistency, somewhere between a cream and a cooling gel. It goes on light and doesn’t feel heavy on the skin.

my favorite face sunscreen
I use several different sunscreens on my face/neck/hands, all for sensitive skin. This is my favorite because it absorbs very quickly and does not interfere with other face products, including makeup. My aesthetician says her male customers like it a lot because it absorbs quickly & doesn't show. It gives my face a slight sheen/glow, but I have very oily skin still, even in my mid-60s.

I have combination/oily skin, and I am afraid of using sunscreens on my face, because they usually make my skin oilier and they leave white residue. I have used many different sunscreens, various brands and high and low prices. This sunscreen is the best of the best. It goes on with no color, no heavy feeling or oiliness easy to apply, no stickiness. When I apply my Guierlain Meteorites on it, it does not become caked. I have used other brands that leave white residue, heavy, oily, and makes other products cakey looking, smudge, just a mess. Not Elta. This is wonderful, I wish I had known about this product before. I will keep purchasing Elta sun screen because it is a miracle sunscreen. I highly recommend it for combination skin. Since it doesn''t dry out the skin, I think even dry skin will benefit from it. Amazing and light
I have very oily congested skin. I am 47 and never had this problem when I was younger. My dermatologist recommended it to me, and I love it. Not only does it moisturize, but it also has SPF. It is light but does it’s job. By the end of the day, I am usually very shiny and oily but not with this product!! I will definitely order it again.

I've been using EltaMD UV Clear Broad-Spectrum SPF 46 for several years now, after my dermatologist recommended it. It's a great consistency - not too light, not too heavy - and love that I'm getting 46 SPF for daily wear. Totally invisible, Totally not sun burnt!
This is the only product I have found that doesn't feel like you put anything on. It doesn't flake, turn white with sweat or smell. It doesn't come off on clothes or stain things. I use it as my daily sunscreen and have no suntan to prove it. I use this mainly on my neck, chest and tattoos.
