Quality face sunscreen!
My esthetician recommended this sunscreen because my skin is super sensitive, reactive, and severely dry. I’ve been using for several weeks now and I love it! Not drying like others I’ve tried, pretty lightweight for a physical sunscreen, and works great under makeup. Wish I could rate it 4.5, docking a half star because it does have a slight white cast which is really only noticeable if I’m not wearing makeup and if it’s super hot out (for skin tone reference, I’m half Japanese and half white. My skin is fair with an olive/warm undertone). Spent a couple hours in 95 degree weather last weekend and it didn’t stand up great, but still worth the wear to protect my skin. Not sure it’s possible to have an absolutely perfect physical sunscreen, but this seems to be the closest thing. Overall I love it and will keep purchasing!

This one’s a little sticky feeling. Maybe it’s the squalane-I’ve never used that on my skin before. Will continue using other EltaMD sunscreens.

EltaMD UV Restore
I chose this sunscreen after reading all the reviews from Elta. I wanted a mineral sunscreen which gives me a good protection from the sun, I only have been using it for a couple of times but so far I have no brake outs and does not make my skin oily. If you apply a good amount it does leave little white spots but it disappears after time and it’s not noticeable. I like it and I would recommend the sunscreen.

Favorite Elta MD Sunscreen
I have used pretty much every EltaMD sunscreen there is, and I never really could figure out which one really worked for me, until I tried the Restore. It is very light and doesn't feel greasy on my face. The tint is the perfect color as well.

I am big fan of EltaMD products. I got a sample this UV Restore. I love it so I ordered a full bottle! It very lightweight going on. I am not a big fan of wearing makeup every day. I love the tinted version of this…blends in well but still has very good coverage. It provides a matte finish so never looks greasy. I use it for foundation…quick and easy. I use the untinted for neck and chest and hands…places where I have more sun damage, and they do look better after using it for a few months. I love EltaMD…you really can’t go wrong with their products.

I’ve used several different kinds of EltaMD sunscreens over the years - this new one is my absolute favorite. It absorbs easily with no cast or residue and has a lovely finish. It’s the “lightest” feeling mineral sunscreen I’ve tried. Highly recommend.

I normally use the EltaMD Clear sunscreen, but after getting a sample of this and liking it, I decided to buy the full size. It's a great tint for my medium skin tone and the consistency is a little thicker than the EltaMD Clear, making it perfect for those days when I don't want to wear foundation. It works well with my combination skin type. Love it.

It occasionally leaves a shiny area, but always balances moisturize levels and evens my complexion just enough that I use no concealer undereye and only on obvious breakouts. This is my complete daytime skincare in one step. At night I use Revision DEJ Eye Cream and a prescription retinoid followed by a bland moisturizer. People tell me I appear 29 - let's see if I can keep that until I'm 40. Here's to trying...
