Smooth, moisturizing sunscreen
I am enjoying the tinted sunscreen as it spreads evenly and feels light while moisturizing. The untinted version does leave a faint white cast until absorbed, though in the neck area or under a mask it is best at not tinting clothing. This is my favorite blend of the EltaMD sunscreens, which have been a favorite for more than 5 years.

It was just okay for me. Too heavy though and I would never wear it under make up. I just thought I would try something different. I will go back to and stick with the all time favorite EltaMD UV Clear 46. It is the very best.

Not my favorite
I've been using Elta MD, UV Physical, Broad spectrum SPF 41 and UV Daily Broad spectrum SPF 40, both physical sunscreens. I decided to try a new product and it just doesn't work for me. This UV Restore just sits on top of my skin no matter how long I wait for it to absorb. I trust that I'm getting protection but I prefer the other products I mentioned. This could work for some people but I didn't have any luck with it.

Love the EltaMD sunscreen samples but this stuff beads up on my skin if I get just a little hot/sweaty. I live in FL, so there’s really no avoiding that. I guess it’s my own fault for not realizing beforehand that it’s not waterproof. Does feel nice and doesn’t clog pores.

The texture of this sunscreen is very light and silky, does not leave any cast on my skin. However, the shade is has more orange tone than my ivory beige skin. This would be great for people who wants to attain a healthy glow with sunscreen.

I am enjoying using this new SPF from EltaMD. It covers nicely and gives your skin a smooth finish. It must be the squalane because the wrinkles look smoother! My only complaint is it will transfer a little to a mask you are wearing. Hopefully, that’s over soon!!
