I usually use the SPF 46 but I think I'll switch to this product. It's a lighter, more fluid texture and absorbs very quickly. It works especially well for me because I always use moisturizer under my SPF, and this doesn't feel too heavy over moisturizer and under makeup, whereas the SPF 46 in the pump tube can feel too rich.

This one rules them all
I have been using Elta MD sunscreen for years. When this one came out, I gave it a try and it is truly the best one for me. It provides the moisture I need for mature skin and is lightweight, non-greasy, fully absorbs, and leaves no white residue. I feel super confident too with the 50 SPF. This is my 3rd tube and I hope it will always be available to order!

As sheer as they come
For a mineral sunscreen, this is the best you are going to do with the sheer factor once applied. It still is a little white at first, but blends in and definitely protects. I have used a number of Elta sunscreens, and this is my favorite.

Love that this SPF is sheer and no white residue or worrying about a tinted version getting on clothes. However my sensitive skin does react (turn a bit red) after applying. I can tolerate it though for the spf 50 and Untinted option.

Not what I was hoping for
This is not as sheer as I expected. It forms a nice film on the skin, so I trust the UV protection, but that film pills under makeup. It also does leave a slight white cast on my very pale skin. EltaMD offers other sunscreen formulas that are superior in cosmetic elegance to this one.

Perfect for Summer!
I use this for summer when I know I'll be sweaty, or especially in the pool! It's a little thicker than the normal sheer, but it's not as think as most zinc sunscreens. For daily I would go with the tinted EltaMD that's my favorite. But this is great for waterproof purposes.

Great Zinc Sunscreen
This sunscreen has 15% zinc but you would never know it. It goes into the skin easily and protects against UVA and UVB rays. It is water and sweat resistant. It is the perfect size to take anywhere in your purse or a beach bag. I use it every nday as part of my morning routine.
