Neocutis Lumiere Eye Cream (with PSP)
The Neocutis Lumiere Eye Cream (with PSP) works quite well to alleviate dryness. I am 46 years old and have always had extremely dry skin therefore, I use this product in the morning and at night (i.e., for my skin type, this cream is not too heavy for daytime use). However, I only purchase it when it is significantly marked down. There is a less expensive eye cream that works about as well that I use unless Neocutis is on sale - hence the 4-star rating.

Too early to tell?
Been using this product for about a month now, but I don't see any difference with my eyes. But then, I have minimal eye wrinkles. I like that the packaging is in a pump bottle, so the product does not get contaminated.

Been using for couple weeks, good moisturizer, and I expect to see more results with wrinkles after longer use. Caused no redness or irritation. Does seem to help with darkness under eyes and puffiness. Little bit goes a very long way!

Testing phase
I purchased this on a whim a few weeks ago after reading reviews and seeing this listed as a top performing eye cream. I mostly apply once a day. And it makes my skin on my eyes and fingertips very soft, any excess I rub onto my forehead. I purchased this for my dark circles and I don't have any eye wrinkles yet. I'm 31. As for lightening purposes I haven't noticed a difference yet. I do think this would help with wrinkles because it seemed to soften the skin on my forehead. I gave it 4 stars bc I think I need a few more weeks to make a clearer judgement. I'll update if I can then.

Improves Dark Circles
Noticeably reduced my dark under-eye circles after two weeks of twice daily use. This cream absorbs readily, leaves pretty much no residue. It is a gentle formula that did not burn, sting, or irritate my eyes even when wearing contact lenses. Applying makeup was no problem as long as I waited ~10 minutes for the cream to absorb.

My dermatologist praised this advanced product and I invested in it. Still waiting after two weeks for signs of improvement. I'm a senior with good skin, but will wait another two weeks... The product dispenses easily and only a small amount is needed, although at first I used more the next morning, the under-eye area was not pretty (read flakey). More perplexing was trying to read the directions in sub-small print in white-on-aqua. Try a magnifying glass!

I have been using this product for almost a month now. My main concerns include under eye dryness and wrinkles. This product seems to help with dryness under the eye area. It is less dry and when I apply concealer it goes on smoother than before. I have not seen any improvement with wrinkles yet, I guess I'll wait until I finish this first bottle to see the result.

I've used countless eye creams and 99% of them either stung my eyes or did nothing in my opinion. I have combo/oily skin and the Neocutis Lumiere Eye Cream was perfect for my eye area in terms of moisturizing. My under eye area is no longer dry or flaky. While I don't have crow's feet, I did start to see some creases forming. I immediately noticed a smoothness to my skin. The package says to expect an improvement in dark circles at the 6 week mark. I haven't hit that mark yet but I've noticed a definite improvement.

Nice cream
