Fantastic moisturizer that gives you instant moisture plus sinks in readily! I haven't noticed any big breakouts outside from the usual I get on my forehead, so that is a plus! Works well under sunscreen (not sure about makeup since I'm a guy who doesn't wear any). Though I've heard it works well under make-up too. Great product overall!

Good moisturizer
This product is very moisturizing and layers well under makeup. I also use it over Retin A at night to prevent flaking/dryness. Its consistency is a little thicker than desired but spreads and absorbs into skin easily. I don’t know if it will work well in the summer for me when my skin tends to get oily because it is heavy but right now it is perfect for the winter!

I do change off or supplement with other lines at times, but return to Obagi because I value their high quality product and ingredients. The Hydrate Facial Moisturizer works well on my mature skin. For a relatively oily/acne-prone it is okay in terms of moisturizing your face, but it seems that if you use too much it can clog pores. It does not burn your face, and it can be used with other acne products.
