Works for Me
I am in my early 40's and still battle with acne prone skin. This is the only moisturizer that my skin tolerates. It doesn't leave me oily nor does it cause me any breakouts. After exfoliating, this product feels wonderful on my skin. Since I can't use primer without breaking out, this is my go to product before applying makeup. Love Obagi!

Light weight
This is a great lightweight moisturizer which can be used both morning and night. It doesn't make your skin oily and makeup can be applied easily over it. I use this year round but occasionally need their heavier product in the winter.

I am a fan of many Obagi products, and this is one of them! No bells and whistles--this is a straightforward moisturizer without any retinol, SPF or antioxidants--and it is excellent. Great for day or night. Creamy consistency and pleasant smell. Highly recommend, especially if you just want a nice moisturizer to seal in serums etc., not one with lots of active ingredients.

This is the first time I have used Obagi Hydrate Facial Moisturizer. It makes my skin feel very soft and goes on nicely. However, the smell is atrocious. I probably will not order this product again unless they advertise that they have changed the smell.
