Skin care staple
I have been using this, and it's sister, Phloretin CF, for years. At 50, I look at least 10 years younger, and have been told repeatedly that I could pass for 35. I believe these serums, in addition to daily sunscreen and nightly retinol, are the reason. I use this every other morning, as it is supposed to last in the skin for a few days, and use a cheaper vitamin C serum just to be safe on the days in between.

I am normally a skeptic when it comes to claims made by skincare products. But, my dermatologist sells SkinCeuticals products, and when I had developed some discoloration on my cheeks (I am fair-skinned and in my 60s), she suggested this serum as a possible solution and as an alternative to laser treatments. So I tried it (I bought it here when it was on sale and not from my doctor), and it worked. The spots are almost immediately faded. Now, it didn't happen overnight. It took the better part of two months for these results. But, it actually worked. I now use it about every other day to maintain the results. The product is costly but effective, and it costs less than laser treatments! Highly recommended.

This is the best vitamin C product on the market. You can see it brighten your complexion and tighten after just a few applications. It goes on a bit tacky, but will dry down nicely in a few minutes. My skincare routine will never be without this holy grail product!!

This anti-oxidant is expensive. Very expensive. Yet I have purchased it over and over. The only reason I would do that is because I've seen results. And it did not take months for me to see results. Within a week or two my skin was smoother, lines were visibly lessened, my skin had a liveliness about it that had been missing and this was the only new product I was using. You might want to try this but don't buy it over and over unless you see definite results from the first bottle. It works for me, may not for everyone.

Improved clarity
I think this serum has improved the clarity of my skin. I have melasma and have been using a vitamin C serum daily over the past few years. In the past, I have used Obagi Professional 20% serum which I liked, also. Personally, I like this serum's combo of C and E. The appearance of my skin appears more radiant. As part of my routine, I also use EltaMD sunscreen during the day, and also use a Vitamin b5 serum and a hyaluronic acid moisturizer in the evening.

I bought this as a gift for my sister and she absolutely loves what it's done for her skin. I wish I could use it, but it caused my skin to break out when I tried a sample. For people with skin like mine, I recommend Skinceutical's AOX serums.
