Safe for Sensitive Skin
Great serum for sensitive skin. Four drops is all you need as a little goes a long way. Let it absorb before applying the next product. I haven't used it long enough to give it a better rating. I think I am seeing the lightening of a couple of dark spots in the morning. I'm certain I'll be buying another bottle.

Stable vitamin C
I believe now why this is the #1 vitamin C product. I feel that this product really does work and the vitamin c keeps stable. It helped with texture of my skin, also helped with my hyperpigmentation. The only cons I have is the price, the smell, and texture. Overall I think it is worth the investment. I used this bottle day and night, lasted me about 6 weeks. It did get on my sheets while sleeping but did not strain.

Best Serum on the Market

I’ve been using this serum for a month and it is part of my skin care routine. I have noticed that the dark spots on my cheek have become much more light. My skin has a nice glow to it. The serum smells like hot dogs but it’s not overwhelming and it goes away after a minute or so. I will continue to use it.

This is the most effective vitamin c serum on the market. It works so give it time. Only downside is it smells and it does linger. My husband kissed me and said I stink like fish oils. Also this version does cause some minor acne flair ups. A different vitamin c serum works comparable well to this without the smell and the acne, so I’m on the fence of repurchasing this again. If I receive a coupon, I may reconsider.

This is likely the best antioxidant on the market. It’s not going to make a huge difference in your complexion or correct any hyperpigmentation issues you may have on it’s own, but paired with a good mineral SPF it will preserve any laser/glycolic work you’ve had done.

Effective but too strong
The first few days of trying this product I applied it after cleansing directly to my face. After a few days I noticed dry patches. Now I mix it with a facial oil (argan and sea buckthorn). I hope the strength and dry patches will go away.

Amazing serum, really makes a difference -- but expensive compared to rivals
This was the second Vitamin C serum I ever used. The first caused some serious damage to my skin. For my second attempt, I wanted to try this one, since it's the OG Vitamin C serum. The SkinCeuticals serum worked great and didn't irritate my skin at all. After a few weeks, I could really see a difference in my skin tone, texture, and even (I think) a lessening of breakouts. My only real complaint is that there are tons of Vitamin C serums on the market that are much less expensive than this one. After my SkinCeuticals bottle finished, I tried a different vitamin C serum, and it worked just as well as this one while being less than 25% of the cost. For that reason, I don't plan to repurchase this.

I've been using this for years. It's the gold standard for Vit. C for a reason. Only minus a star b/c the $ has gotten out of control. Great for sensitive skin as their other C formulas that are a little less $ are not for my sensitive skin. I have a pretty minimal routine and this is a staple. I don't chase every fad, just put my money towards proven products like this.
