Splurge worthy
The ingredients in this serum do help with tightening the appearance of my 52 y.o. skin. I can see better definition of my facial bone structure when I use this AM and PM. It does not pill up. I constantly experiment with other seums and toners and this always goes on first after my toners, and absorbs well. I never had a problem with my pump on this first bottle I purchased, and I did take the bottle apart when I finished it to be sure I got every last bit out. It was effectively and already fully dispensed to the last pump when I cut open the bottle. It's pricey, but I'm old enough to know that this one is worth the investment.

Not worth it.
As others mentioned, the pump didn’t work. I’d been eyeing this product FOREVER, because the idea is great and there were so many positive reviews. I looked on YouTube and was given guidance but top piece never clicked in properly again. I felt perhaps I saw results, but was never satisfied I was getting product from both sides equally. I can’t accept ever buying such an expensive product again when the dispenser is faulty. That’s a complete lack of concern for the customer.

Nice product
This is my first time using SkinMedica TNS Advanced + Serum, but I have used other SkinMedica products and have always liked them. I have only been using the serum for about three weeks now. My skin feels good after using, but I reserve judgement on whether I've seen any real improvement overall yet. I plan on giving it more time. The one negative was getting the pump to work correctly. I followed all the steps and still had problems. I did contact customer service and they were very helpful and sent me a replacement product. That pump has been working fine. I appreciate the good response I received from them.

Faulty Dispenser
Let me start off by saying I love the product. However, the dispenser leaves something to be desired. Initially the product does not dispense properly, one side dispenses but not the other side. As instructed by customer service I store it up side down. I waste so much product trying to get it to dispense properly. I do not understand why this is not being addressed by SkinMedica. Very frustrating!!!!

I've been loyal to this lotion for years, and despite the higher price, it works wonders for my skin! It has significantly improved the texture, leaving my skin feeling smooth and lifted. However, the only downside is the flaking metallic paint underneath the cap, which can mix with the lotion and end up on my skin, which is not the kind of sparkle I'm looking for. Despite this, I find the lotion great and plan to keep using it as long as it's available!

TNS Advanced has tightened and brightened my skin. In the past, I was using a peptide, which worked, but irritated my skin. After my skin peeled, it was bright and tighter. However, the irritation happened too frequently. TNS is gentler, and I am getting even better results without the irritation. Highly recommended!

Faulty pump, two bottles in a row
I don't know what's going on. I have used this for a decade without dispensing issues, but the past 2 bottles had faulty pumps. Customer service explained how to prime it, etc., but the first bottle simply broke after trying (gently) so many times and wasting tons of product in the process. The second bottle had the same issue, although it's eventually working most days, after wasting about half the bottle. Too expensive for all this experimenting!

Glides onto your skin, has no perfumey smells, hydrates well. Two complaints though. One is the price. It is beyond painful to pay this much for 1 oz. The second is the pump. You have to store it upside down or you waste it trying to get both sides to pump evenly.

I have purchased this product twice. The first time I really liked this product and had no issues with the pump. The second purchase is another story. Only one side of the bottle dispenses. For a product this expensive I expect better results. Very disappointed.
