Yes, I’ll say it’s pricey, but after using the first bottle I can’t imagine going without this wonderful product! Don’t expect an overnight miracle. I’ve used this 2x per day for 18 months. After approximately 3 months I noticed changes. My fine lines are finer and I’ve got a firmness along my jawline. It’s the one staple in my skincare routine that will be a constant. Great... when you can actually get the product out of the container.
I have used this product for years. The product itself is amazing. However, this has to be the worst dispenser I have ever had to use. Every time I open a new bottle I struggle to get the product to come out of both chambers equally. It's either one side or the other. This last bottle completely failed. I have been pumping for over a week and can only get one side to dispense. It's like the other chamber is completely empty.

Excellent product, dispenser could be better
The TNS Advanced + Serum is an excellent t product. You will see results of improved skin texture and smaller pores. My skin is naturally brighter using this serum. The pump dispenser could be better, and for the price should be. I store it upside down to reduce the chance of air bubbles. If you get an air bubble, which you will notice by the weight of the bottle but serum won’t dispense correctly, bang it on the countertop and serum should then dispense. But this shouldn’t ever have to be done at this price point.

The ingredient list is outstanding.. and really the only thing on the market that will actually make a difference to your wrinkles other than plumping and temporarily filling then in. Although I’m not crazy about the price.. yikes.. it’s well worth the money because you can pare down on other filler products that don’t produce results. I’ve seen a marked improvement on my lines, deeper wrinkles and overall complexion . I’d say this one is worth the hype and the splurge.

only 1 side of container has product coming out. Previous containers that I purchased have had the 2 separate holes that product comes out of. The container I purchased from Lovely skin only dispenses from 1 side.Product is too expensive to have a defective pump.

Increased Firmness and Fullness
After reviewing all the positive comments,I decided to go ahead and give this a try. I am not going to lie, this is quite expensive, and I already apply trentinoin, CoQ10 serum, Vitamin C and Matrixil 3000 as well as doing red light and at home laser therapy daily. So wasn’t sure how effective this serum would be. However after using it for 6 weeks I did see an improvement in facial firmness and fullness. I am on my third bottle now and have subscribed to save some money. I believe this is a great serum and will continue as long as I can afford it. I am over 60 and it works for me.

Dispenser is a serious issue …
First off - I cannot say enough about LovelySkin Customer service and the company. This is the place to order from as they promptly address and fix any issues you may have with an item. A+. On that note - TNS really needs to deal with the faulty dispenser issue not distributing both of the serums equally or at all - and especially given the price point on this product. If you can deal with all that - I have about two months in on this ( am/pm) and think that it has had a big contribution towards an overall tightening of my skin @ 60 years old.
