Well Worth The Money
I had been hearing really great things about this serum for a while now but I have always gone back and forth about purchasing it due to the cost. I finally went ahead and purchased this serum and I must say I am beyond impressed. Now that I am in my early 50's I was looking for a serum for more mature skin. The serum actually consists of two formulations that are dispensed via a dual chamber system; chamber 1 includes TNS-MR and chamber 2 consists of Renessensce (RSC) Advanced. After doing some research on this product, I learned that Growth factors are messenger proteins that are inherent in our bodies and are capable of stimulating cellular growth, proliferation, healing, and cellular differentiation. Growth factors play an important role in maintaining healthy skin, and topical application may help improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, skin tone and texture. Progeline works by helping your skin to repair itself and therefore prevent signs of aging. I finally decided to move forward after reading about the science behind this product and I must say I am glad I purchased this serum. After only a few uses I can definitely see a difference in terms of elasticity and epidermis thickness. I really wasn't expecting to see such results so quickly but what a difference this serum has made thus far. Is it worth the price? I suppose that is subjective; however, I believe this serum is well worth the cost; so much so, I set my account up to auto replenish this serum every 6 weeks. I think this serum is best for those with mature skin looking for a product that will improve the overall appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, skin tone, and texture. If you are like me and have been on the fence about purchasing this serum due to it's cost, I strongly recommend purchasing this serum if you are looking to up your skin care routine with a powerful anti-aging serum. Well worth the money and them some if you want to take a few years off your face without surgery.

Love the results not the bottle
Fantastic product that has kept my skin looking young and glowing for years. I don’t look 65 and I love it. The pump on the bottle gives me issues with not evenly dispensing. I love it enough to stick with it while hoping for a redesign!

Holy grail
I have used this product on and off for years as a special treat when the finances allow. I finally took the plunge to do auto replenishment to see if continual use will make a difference. So far so good and I am loving this product even more now. The first few pumps did not distribute the product evenly as the other chamber didn’t come out and after I do some research, this is unknown issue. Would be nice if they could come up with a better option for packaging as this is a very pricey product and every pump counts

Wish I didn't love it!
This serum is quite pricey and I really hoped I wouldn't think it was worth it. But, as the saying goes, "you get what you pay for." Overall, I like the texture and how the formulation is packaged separately in 2 portions that are merged together when you pump it. I feel like that will keep the serum potent longer. I don't know if I see any real changes in my face yet, so I am still waiting. But I don't think it is giving me breakouts and I have very sensitive skin. I think the conditioned media component has a lot of quality skin enhancing ingredients, so I believe it is a good product and will keep using it for now.

I’m on my second pump bottle of the TNS Advanced + Serum. I can really tell a difference in the appearance of my skin. I use it morning and night. My skin tone is much more even. Less red and more moisturized. There has been a decrease in all of the fine lines on my face. This is an expensive serum, but it seems to work for me.
