I’ve used the TNS advanced serum ever since it came out a few years ago. It replaced the TNS essential serum which I used since 2010. It is pricey but I really believe this, along with vitamin c, tretinoin, and sunscreen which I’ve used consistently for 13 years, is why my skin still looks great at 55. I often get comments that I look like I’m in my early to mid 40s. My skin still feels pretty plump and firm and few wrinkles. I’ll keep using this for the excellent ingredients and results.

I have been using both the older TNS serum as well as the advanced serum for at least ten years. It's my favorite skin care product. I recently turned 60 and have had many compliments about my skin. Of course, I also eat healthy and drink a lot of water. But a good skin care regimen and great products, like TNS is helping me age gracefully.

Loving SkinMedica TNS Serum
I’m 58 and while I don’t have a lot of deep wrinkles (except for the eleven on my forehead), I do have fine lines. Little results
This product is too expensive. I have other products that work better. I will not be purchasing this again. Little results. My other products I have used for years far exceed the touted results you should see. Will finish the bottle I purchased because I am frugal and do hate to throw away something that I purchased for so much money. I purchased this because I received information about how wonderful this stuff is. I use a much less expensive product, and get a lot of bang for my buck and a jar lasts for 6 months along with the bottle of serum.

I didn't see this product do anything in the two months I used it. Maybe my skin is aging more quickly than this product can counteract, but I won't buy the product again. There should've been some type of change in that time period even if not an extremely noticeable one.
