I have always had breakout prone skin and had to be careful with the products I used. After reading the many glowing reviews, I decided to give the TNS Advanced Serum a try. The first month of using the serum my face started breaking out and I was disappointed with the product, but with continued use the breakouts became less and less frequent. I just started on my third bottle and am so happy with how my skin now looks and feels. My skin is starting to look lifted, lines and wrinkles are softening and skin tone is evening out. Even though on the pricey side, I am hooked and will continue to use this product!

Fundamentally changed my skin
I’ve been using SkinMedica TNS serum for about 9 months, as recommended by the gal who does my facials. Of all the other serums I’ve tried, this one I immediately felt and saw results. A staple in my facial regime
The original TNS was better that is why I gave only 4 stars. Still this does work well for my aging skin. I have some sun damage and I feel this helps keep it from getting worse. As a runner I wear sunscreen but much of it sweats off and I see the result of fine lines and wrinkles. I think this does a good job keeping them from getting worse.

Please fix the pump issue!!
I was skeptical when I read other reviewer's accounts with the pump. The serum is lovely and I just purchased a second bottle and wanted to auto-subscribe but it was impossible to get the new bottle to dispense any product. I feel like I just spent a lot of money for a bottle of air. I will be returning this bottle for a refund and probable will cancel auto-renew. So sad, because I really liked the serum but I cannot deal with never knowing if the dispenser will work.

Beaks me out
It breaks me out and to date, I have noticed any noticeable improvement in terms of skin texture and reducing lines. Like the other customers, I experience the same thing: the pump has stopped dispensing the transparent serum which contains growth factors and I only get the peptide serum.

I absolutely love this product. It has made my skin look wonderful, especially the texture. I’m 58yrs. young:) I use in the morning and evening- first product I put on. Give it a few minutes to soak in and then apply moisturize. I know this product is very expensive but worth every penny. I also buy it when LovekySkin has a sale-always watching for that deal. Great product, bad dispenser
Love this product! It makes my skin smoother and eases wrinkles. But the dispenser is difficult to use. The product has two products in one and the dispenser is SUPPOSED to dispense equal amounts of each. Rarely happens. Manufacturer needs to correct this.

Amazing Serum, but needs a better dispenser
This is a wonderful product and does everything it says it will do. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because of the pump dispenser. I am on my 3rd bottle, and 2 of the 3 have had faulty dispensers. This is very frustrating, SkinMedica, because if someone is going to purchase this expensive product, which is amazing, it would be nice to be able to get it to work and/or dispense the way it should from the bottle. It has a pump that dispenses two serums simultaneously for the product to give the promised results, but the way the pump is currently designed, it doesn't always work, which is most of the time. I had one bottle that worked the way it should, and the product came out in one pump in even amounts. The other two bottles I have had, the pump would not dispense in an even amount. One serum is clear and the other is white, so it's easy to tell if the pump is working as it should. If a consumer is going to pay this much for skin care, then please fix this problem.

Great serum, faulty dispenser design
I absolutely love this duo-serum, and would easily give the product a 5-star review, but the constant struggles I have with getting it out of the container are about to make me call it quits. I usually have to get my husband to remove the top to prime the pumps (as per troubleshooting instructions). Even he has a lot of difficulty removing the top, and one time, we had to return the product because we still couldn’t get it to work. Please improve this design so I don’t have to give up this product.
