I splurged as this was on sale. My face was experiencing an episode of roseaca and seborrheic dermatis after using it for a few weeks, but it did not make these conditions worse, much to my relief since it was too late to return it. It's too early to tell much in facial improvement but I will soon start another bottle. BTW, I found that this is lasting me longer than the 5 weeks estimated by SkinMedica. I'm on my 9th week.

I have used Advance + Serum in the past and noticed a huge difference in my skin in 4 weeks. I'm 66 yo and was noticing my skin texture was looking, well old. As other reviewers have stated, the pump system needs serious reconfiguring. The actual growth factor side of the serum (the clear serum) ran out much, much earlier than the anti-aging serum side. Like several weeks earlier. Considering the main reason one purchases this product is for the growth factors, I was pretty disappointed. Unfortunately I wasn't able to see a difference in my skin after finishing the first bottle and right now I'm not sure I want to repurchase until the dispensing container issues are fixed.

Was skeptical to start

Highly Effective, but Strong
This is a GREAT serum and I loved using it for about 9 months. Unfortunately my skin has started to burn and flake when I use it, even when it's used over moisturizer, so I've had to discontinue my use and move on to something else. I really feel like it made a difference in my skin, so I do recommend it, just know that some skin may have problems with it.
