Disappointed in the way product dispenses. Only one of the chambers puts out the correct amount of product when pumped. The other chamber disburses very little or no product at all even when prepped as instructed.

Amazing prod
I love, love, love this serum. It's pricey but worth it. A lot goes a very long way. I use it morning and night and only need a very small dollop. It is dual chambered so I store mine upside down to ensure I get a bit of both formulas when I dispense it. I saved the bottom part of the beautiful packaging to have it sit upside down in and that works great. My skin feels and looks younger at age 53. I feel like it's healing any imperfections and the fine lines are diminishing!!!! Kudos.

I'm a fan of all the SkinMedica products and believe they are making a difference in my aging skin. This formula glides on easier but I can't tell yet if it's making a bigger difference than the previous TNS serum.

Wonderful serum.
I am 55 years old and started using TNS advanced serum about 3 month ago. It has definitely reduced the lines around my mouth and on my forehead. My skin looks younger and firmer. However, I do use other products in conjunction with this, and it is very expensive. On that note, I put it on LovelySkin’s auto replenish program which help to bring the price down. overall, I love this Serum, I think it is a big part of my skin looking so good and I would not stop using it. It also never caused me to break out on my hormonal menopausal skin. I highly recommend it.

Great product, faulty delivery system
This product works great, and I definitely saw a difference in the barrier of my skin. It felt hydrated and I saw an improvement in texture and fine lines. The main issue was with the pump. It should dispense 2 different serums at the same time that you mix together. Only one serum was coming out for the first week. Also had an issue at the end of the bottle. Seems like a manufacturer issue.

Can't justify the price for early 30s skin
After using this morning and night for the 1st month I had it, then nightly until the bottle ran out (it lasted about 4+ months that way which is a huge plus for the price), I sadly have to say this seemed to do nothing drastic for my face. Maybe I still just have youthful skin (i have the finest of expression lines around the mouth that get better or worse depending on my hydration and that's pretty much it). It does make your skin soft, but didn't notice any improvement in texture, firmness or brightness. Maybe in the future I'll give this a try again but for now it's definitely not worth the price.
