Horrible reaction
I had purchased the SkinMedica TNS eye cream and my lower eyes wrinkled. I got a chemical peel and it helped. Started using eye cream and back again. Unfortunately I didn’t realize the eye cream had anything to do with it SO I ordered the TNS advanced serum. My skin is burning, red spots that will take sometime to heal. It aged me. Hopefully after some soothing balm it will recover. DO NOT BUY. HORRIBLE.

I bought this as it was recommend to me by a PA I go to for my skin. She uses it and swears by it. I really like it. I use it twice a day per the PA. She said once I finish the first bottle, she said to go to once a day if I want because it can be pricey. I really like so far; my skin looks really good.

Packaging Needs Improvement
Love the product, but have had repeated problems with the dispenser. TNS Advanced+ Serum is amazing. It leaves the skin smooth, soft and silky. Unfortunately the dispenser does not always work. I've had to contact LovelySkin and have a replacement sent, which was very inconvenient. LovelySkin was very prompt in their response, but there have obviously been problems with the dispenser as there is a video on how to fix it (which didn't work for me).

Fabulous Results But Drying
Yields fantastic results but I find it drying. I need to use a stronger moisturizer with it but those sometimes break me out. I end up just skipping days of the serum here and there which I worry dilutes its effectiveness.
