Seeing Results After a Week
I used the older version of this product years ago and was pleased with the results. I wanted to mix up my current routine, so I decided to invest in the new formulation. I can say that after about a week of nightly use, I am seeing a difference in the texture of my skin around my chin. It seems to be smoothing out some lines and helping to keep my hormonal acne under control. I hope it works on deeper lines on other areas of my face over time. Fingers crossed!

Even better than before
I have been a fan of the TNS serum for a long time. My only complaint was that it was sometimes difficult to get both sides to distribute evenly. They seem to have solved this problem and the texture of this serum is even better. I definitely see a difference if I haven't used it in a while. Highly recommend.

I wanted to love this product. It has wonderful anti-aging ingredients, such as growth favors. But, I had such a bad reaction to the serum. Extreme itching, flaking a that produced redness like you would not believe. I thought that this would be a good change up for me. I think that my body didn't like all of the chemicals in the product.

Disappointed in TNS Advanced
Could not get the two potions to come out at once. First half of bottle was the clear and the second half was the white creamy part. Same issue I had with the earlier edition of TNS Serum. Plus, everything I applied over it pilled. Won't repurchase.

All of SkinMedica's products are of exceptional quality. I have fair, mature, sensitive skin. I feel that this product nourishes my skin. The texture is nice and it absorbs well. I only use this at night to conserve due to the price. I use a moisturizer afterwards. For those that did not like the original product, you may want to try in order to see if the price validates the enhancement.

I’ve been using the original TNS Serum for a few years now. It’s very effective but the smell was horrible. I’m so happy SkinMedica fixed that little problem with the new formula! The texture isn’t as sticky as the original either. Its all around so much nicer now. It’s doing it’s amazing job as always but stink-free... yay!
